They are boosting my rent by over 25 percent if I renew my lease... I have paid my rent on time for 3 years straight and this is how I get treated..In addition this place is overrun with dog feces and cockroaches..Dont even get me started on the fact of it being a refugee resettlement point.. Oh and the shootings as well as dog maulings Stay away!!

We have lived here for almost two months after owning homes for the last 10 years. We moved here from out of town and these apartments seemed nice and not outrageous on the cost. I was really nervous as I saw some of the "bad" reviews on here. I have been pleasantly surprised with our experience. If anything needs attending too, the team is promote to respond and take care of it. The office staff is great as well! I think they are yelled and screamed at often, unfortunately, as I have witnessed it on at least one occasion. They seem a bit nervous and unsure with how to answer when you have a concern

Me and my girlfriend moved in 6 months ago and there’s stuff that doesn’t work, the fans are shaking badly, the kitchen sink handles aren’t even attached, the kitchen light dangles if you barely touch it, our ac stops working once a week and every time we put in a request to fix it, they say that it’s “all fixed”. 5 days later it stops working again. This is absolutely horrible management and maintenance team and horrible apartment. This place only wants your money and doesn’t care about anything else. Highly recommend you don’t live here

The only staff that I like is Bre in the office, she understands and is very polite... I believe the negative energy from the rest of the crew in that office needs to go to be honest. Now getting to the apartment I been there 3 years and remind you I'm 26 years old paying 1,400 a month by myself 2X2 2 bed to bath infested with roaches !!!!
I recommend to stay away from this place it's been a total nightmare, I had roaches climb in bed with me literally and I tell them to spray and they don't want to. Or even when they do they feed the roaches !!!

Lexi is amazing!! I called to see if there were any 3 bedrooms available because I had to find something quickly. She told me nothing was available when I called and took my name and number down and told me if something comes available she would contact me. She kept her word and called me exactly like she said she would. Then meeting her in person she was just as amazing and very friendly. If I could I would rate more stars because of her! Office was clean and beautifully decorated! I’m so glad I got Lexi when I called!

I have lived here a long time, and have been through 3 management companies. This one is the best so far. I am deducting a star though because they need security for the transients and noisy neighbors. There are always car break ins, people sifting through the trash, and people blaring their systems at all hours. I have always had great neighbors up until a couple months ago. A new one moved in and they are a big nuisance. I’m hoping they don’t stay long. If you are thinking about moving, this is a good option for the area though and I know the office staff will take good care of you!

ROACHES, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, and MORE. From day 1, my air conditioning was severely messed up. The master bedroom was 15° Warmer than any other room in the apartment (as stated by maintenance upon move in). We vigorously worked to try to resolve the issues, but never stopped getting the runaround. Now it is towards the end of our lease and the hottest months of the year, and our air conditioning is completely out. They said it would take 4 days to fix, and only gave a voucher for half of one nights stay at a hotel. The next day, the same runaround. I was given a portable unit that didn’t work

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Roaches everywhere!!! Like literally everywhere. Pest control has come multiple times and the problem gets worse each time. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! Front desk ladies are dismissive, rude and liars. Manager (Margie) /front desk ladies constantly ignore dangerous living conditions and do not care about tenants at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Overpriced for a POS apartment!!! Live at any other place around here because I guarantee you it doesn’t get worse than Paseo Park Apartments.

Our apartment had a big leak, soaked up water under our floors, baseboards and into our bedroom hallway. All this happened right before we left for vacation. We got everything ready and moved out of the way for them to come in and replace everything. We arrived back 10 days later to find NOTHING WAS DONE, not a single thing was touched. Went to the office the next day furious and the manager had the audacity to be snippy with me saying there was no mold and no water damage so they were just gonna paint over everything. they painted over the baseboards and sealed the corners and that's it.

If your looking for a "luxury" apartment this is the place to be BUT THE ROACHES ARE INCLUDED !!!! If I could give this apartment a zero rating I would. I lived here for a year and was disgusted on how the apartments handled the roach situation. If you are thinking about renting here DO NOT! I wish I would've read reviews on this place before renting out my first apartment. Not the greatest experience. When we first moved In we saw a couple roaches and didn't think anything of it we called maintenance to come and spray it took them 6 months to finally come and spray. These apartments

I am a current resident of Paseo Park Apartments and I just wanted to say that Bri, Lexi, and all of the administrative staff here are amazing! They are always cheerful, more than willing, and go above and beyond their job duties to help tenants with whatever issues arise.
The maintenance staff is excellent and promptly attend to any and all maintenance related calls thoroughly and professionally.

If I could give zero stars I would. This apartment complex is INFESTED with roaches it's disgusting! They come in and out of the vents, tub, cabinets and sink. I've called multiple times to have someone come out and spray our apartment. And for one reason or another he always has an excuse of why he can't make it. Completely unprofessional and enraging. Office staff seem not to care at all about our roach I infested building. Have been a resident here for 6 months and have never received proper care for the roach infestation.

A total of 7 neighbors and I are actually having a competition of who has the most roaches in our apartments. The pest control does nothing about the problem but leaves these sticky traps behind. Whoever has the most roaches at the end of the week gets $8. So If you love ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS be sure to stay here :) the place is full of them!

I'm not sure where all these reviews are coming from. I loved living here at Paseo so much that I am trying to come back! My maintenance services were always met on time. Staff was extremely friendly. I never had any issue with roaches. When I moved in I saw a couple dead ones in the cabinet but that was due to the unit being unoccupied for so long but key word DEAD. Which means they obviously do something to eliminate pest's correct? Everyplace has its problems but these apartments were definitely my favorite place to have lived. I even came before the renovations. I absolutely love

I have been here for three months now. Move-in experience was absolutely ridiculous with how many hoops they make you jump through to get into the apartment. Management could not have been any less helpful, and they have the worst attitude I've ever seen. They get you to agree to the lease and then treat you like absolute dirt. To bottom it all off, they are so out of wack with their bookkeeping. Make sure you keep track of the expenses because they will try to SCREW you. $50 SERVICE CHARGE IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE CONVENIENTLY. So far the actual apartment is good and the grounds are nice

Don't live here. Seriously. Living a dumpster would be a better experience. Roaches everywhere. The complex only cares about making cosmetic changes and renovations. The entire time I lived there, my dishwasher was infested with German roaches. The residents of the complex are an interesting bunch. No regard for fellow tenants. Constant music playing all night and reving engines at 3am. Don't call security. They'll never show up. If you go to the office for any reason, don't talk to the tall, short haired blonde. Easily one of the rudest people I've encountered. Always

Might be the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Pictures speak louder than words, these are all roaches after sweeping behind my fridge. The management won't do anything for you and even onetime told me if I can't pay the fee for their bug people choosing not to show up maybe I should get a better job. Absolutely the worst place anyone could ever live
