DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unfortunately this complex was bought out by a Texas management company, Knightvest, last year. The management is HORRENDOUS. It literally took me almost 2 weeks to even talk to management after calling, emailing, leaving messages, and sitting outside the leasing office waiting for someone - anyone - to show up! Instead of answering, a maintenance order would be created in my name and shut the next day. With no return of call or attempt to reach me. It's so unfortunate because this used to be a nice place to live, but the management makes it completely not worth it. I've had plumbing

Becoming very annoyed and disappointed with Chandler as it attempts to brand itself as a luxury complex but is VERY far from it.
1. Gates NEVER work, one is always open or malfunctioning
2. Constant construction without any warning (My partner and I work from home and the noise is very loud, and is stressful for our young puppy)
3. The premises have become very dirty near my unit, constant trash that never seems to be picked up
4. This is perhaps an individual issue, but I have never received community-wide email communication (i.e. about the pool closing, car break ins, etc.). I have contacted

It is a horribly managed apartment complex that always cut corners in fixing issues. What is worse, sometimes the issues are never addressed like the gate that has been broken for a year and the safety is not provided. Moreover, the attitude of the management is terrible when questions are raised. They either avoid responding or trying to downplay problems. If there is an award for worst property management I would nominate Chandler & its management Knightvest

Recently, we toured Chandler at University Tower. It is a beautiful complex. But the highlight of our tour was our leasing agent, Nitra. She was personable, helpful, responsive, and welcoming. When we walked through the apartment, she asked what we liked and if we wanted to see another apartment with more natural lighting. She contact me regularly, took the time to share deals, and, when we stopped in last minute, she dropped everything to outline the costs and benefits of every apartment. Please notice that this apartment changes its property in 2019-2020, previously its name is Parc at University Tower. Lived more than two years. Not recommend to live here now for following reasons.
1. Roof leak in one room, which happens multiple times.
2. Intermittent loud noise outside like cutting trees, which lasts for months. Complaints do not help. Cutting grass at 10 am morning (may be OK for most people, but still too early for me).
3. Leasing office service is much worse than previous one.
4. Extra charge after we leave, for missing something we never see and acknowledged seeing.

This apartment complex is AMAZING from the staff to the apartments themselves! The security is up to date and everything can be controlled with your phone and when you're in the apartment you can even deadbolt it for further safety, it is also a gated community so after business after the gates close and can only be opened with a code.
It has an open floor plan, up to date appliances, and an overall modern look with large windows for a reasonable price. Their secondary amenities, fitness center, swimming pool, BBQ grills, are all recently renovated and up to date. It is also in the heart of Durham

This property is amazing. Its situated in the perfect place; close to literally everything you could possibly need.
Plus, the apartments are modern and gorgeous. Ive recommended several friends to come and take a look because this community is a best kept secret....for now.

The layout of the apartment is nice and all but horrible management. Not only have homes been broken into, the gated entrance is always broken and it takes the management month to fix the door.
My apartment has been experiencing loud construction noises from the apartment above for months. I was never notified by management that there would be construction above me. I also didn’t feel the need to complain (even though the noise greatly distributed my quality of life, sleep, classes, etc.) until the construction crew broke a pipe and flooded my apartment.
