*Update- they owe me money and continue to NEVER answer the phone. I was told someone would be following up with me regarding this refund and of course there was NO follow up. Does no one actually come to work??? Why is it that you answer your phones probably once a year?? I need my refund and have been patient enough! It has been MONTHS now this is ridiculous.

I think this place is beautiful and for a decent price. I'm trying to move here but it is so hard to get in touch with someone. I'm always talking to the call center and they always tell me "I'm going to write a message to the office and they'll give you a call back" and I went to the office myself after no call backs for a week and the person working in the office tells me "the call center never tells them anything" how the heck are y'all running an apartment complex like this ? Do not waste your time applying here! i received no help after applying! no emails, no calls! i went to the office and was told i would receive help the next day and a call back! no one updated me or ever called me! they are also very unprofessional while people are sitting in the lobby waiting for help, they are talking and laughing instead handling business!

Tried to apply to this apartment and they wanted two months worth of bank statements...not paystubs, BANK STATEMENTS with ALL transactions LOL. Total invasion of privacy. This has been the worst apartment building I have ever lived in! There’s always something with the place. RIDICULOUS! Management needs to do way better or just get a whole new one. Alarm system always going off. Power is out and I have no power for the past few days. Doors are always being broken and not fixed which makes homeless people coming in and just “chilling” out in the hallway. Like really? I will say that this apartment has improved over time since I have lived here with new management Rangewater taking care of the place.
However, there are still things that need to be addressed such as the garage gate constantly being broken, access doors being broken, and not enough security to secure the garages and community areas.
Recently my car has been broken into and there has not been yet any security improvements to protect residences and their valuables. Granted, Buckhead crime is going up significantly but at least with the amount of money the community is bringing in they could enhance

I love this apartment complex! Every neighbor I've met is so welcoming and super fun! The pool is so much fun and you can tell everyone is all about community. However, the management is absolutely terrible!!! They do not respond to any phone call nor email unless you call or email 3-4 times in a row. They are not helpful, always have a negative attitude, and some aren't friendly. I recommend living here for the atmosphere but the management is difficult.

Lived her for 4 leases! Nice apartment complex but horrible residents. When I first moved to the neighborhood there were a lot of professionals living there now it's full of criminals. SWAT team was there 3 times! Someone was shot and killed at the corner facing Kroger. Someone was robbed and rapped in the apartment complex. Multiple car break ins! My mother and I toured with Michael last week. He made time for us and took us to multiple apartments. He even gave my daughter snacks. Apartments are spacious and amazing sun light! Free parking is a great incentive for residents! My mother is older and it felt nice to not be rushed and pushed aside during our tour. Thanks

Please read these reviews! I have to agree with many others that the leasing office is unacceptable. You can never get in contact with them, and they forward all calls to a call center where you have to leave them a message...which they never ever call back. They do not even answer emails! Idk what the people the office are doing but they absolutely need an entire new team, and to get rid of the calling center it is unacceptable to not be able to reach people in charge if where you are living.

I moved here in July. My apartment is absolutely gorgeous the amenities are super nice and good quality however, the management is complete trash I will not be renewing my lease. I am very unhappy with the lack of communication. Be prepared to be constantly ignored via emails and for your phone calls never to be answered or returned. They simply do not care about their residents. The most attention I got was during my move in and still then it took me 9 phone calls to even reach them on my move-in date.

I just moved down from the Metro NYC area, and from an Apartment Complex much like this; 2 years older and with 20 more apartments. The obvious is that for the same square footage I am paying 1/2, but what should be added, is the incredible convenience of this location, including a 3 block walk to a MARTA Station. From the 4th floor (at my apartment level, as available for all tenants) spot I park in, to go to Best Buy, Target, Home Depot, a great Italian lunch, all with super easy parking, finally food shopping Kroger's, which is directly next to our building, and then back to the 4th floor

Since initially reviewing my lease online, I sent MANY emails to the property and left MANY voicemails regarding a couple of questions that I had about move-in, and it was impossible to contact anyone. The manager finally reached out more than a month later when I contacted the Regional Director, but then she went MIA again and didn't call at agreed upon times. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment complex. Living in a fraternity house would be more relaxing and cleanly. Weekly I encountered residents smoking illegal substances in the building, loud parties until early morning hours, dogs urinating and defecating in the hallways. The staff would not acknowledge or even attempt to rectify these issues despite routinely providing photo and video evidence. It's such a shame such a nice apartment complex could so quickly be ruined by piss poor management and by absolutely negligent and aloof community members

Most of these reviews, including my own previous one-star rating, were a reflection of the previous management under Greystar Properties. About two months ago, First Communities management took over the property and things have drastically improved.
