We've been living here for the last two years and just decided to not renew our lease for a third. I'll start out with a positive note that our apartment itself is a great size, clean and this is a great safe location in the city for the money. We live in the "other" building (2300/2304) and when we first moved in it was managed through the city view lofts in Manchester and we never had any issues at all. Now management is from a building near Forrest Hill park that seems to have enough problems of their own based on reviews. I've never been able to get in contact with anyone there. When we first

Lived here for a few years. The apartments were a decent price for the size (we rented both a one and later a two bedroom, they were fine except for the teeny tiny kitchens) and the location is great. However we moved out because the noise was unbearable. The walls are paper thin and you could literally hear a whispered conversation someone would be having the floor above you. The management company changed so many times, it was awful not having any sort of consistent contact. Based on the experience of my friend who still lives here, it hasn’t gotten better.

I moved into these apartments a year ago and was very excited about being beside the river. Prior to moving in, we have had black mold in our apartment along with outdated appliances. I don't like how our complex has switched to a new staff where the communication/maintenance is not up speed. If you choose to stay here WARNING please, please,please thoroughly read your contracts.

Been living here a few years - the size of the apartment, the location and the free parking are its draws. Unfortunately there are so many downsides to this building.
1) Maintenance is abysmal. I feel like the actual maintenance workers want to do a good job, they're very nice, but the building is falling apart. We've had repeated leaks and water damage that doesn't get repaired. The building is set up so that any plumbing repairs require the entire building's water to be shut off, usually for 5-6 hours. The key pads to get into the building break repeatedly. Just found out my apartment has been

The rooms are nice and large and the location is great! It's just a real shame about the noise! I've had multiple neighbors complain about noise from my apartment, but I'm hard ever here. And then the walls are so thin that I can hear the couple above me regularly argue. I've been living here for a little over a year now. Like I've stated, location is great, rooms are nice--if you mind the noise and the consistent obscure complaints it's a fit for you.

It would be nice to see some reviews from people living in the other two buildings which are MUCH different than the main building. We're only been here two 1/2 weeks at this point and I already have a bunch of concerns about the building's upkeep & integrity. I find it hard to be believe my husband and I are the only ones to complain.

Have lived here for two years and couldn't be more pleased. Staff and maintenance extremely responsive and can easily be reached during office hours. Apartments are a little on the small side, however are clean and most importantly bug-free. Rent is reasonable and it's a very beautiful area to live in. Truly Richmond's best kept secret.
