I am a resident here at point breeze apartments and I just want to brag on how great the new manager is she is responsive and very professional and truly cares about the property and tenants that live here I will say before now I have been thinking about not renewing my lease but I want to stay now that she is here I think her name is Kayley but I just want to say thank you for fixing my sink in less than 24 hours of me calling I have never had such great cutomer service here at point breeze thank you so much

Do not move here. They are so unresponsive and careless. I moved in and my unit looked like no one even did a walk through to prepare for my move-in. I was shown and quoted the price for a unit that had new countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The unit I ended up with has not been renovated in who knows how long AND had multiple damages! The cabinets wouldn’t close, there was extensive water damage under my sink, the cable outlet was completely painted over and unusable, human hair painted into the cabinets and windowsills, doors not closing, etc. I’ve been here for two months and after countless

Moved in last Aug and enjoy the apartment complex and staff interactions. Any issues that have occurred have been fixed in a timely manner. The driveway entrance gate is an appreciated feature thats adds an extra level of security. I do feel safe and cozy .

I was told when moving in that if it snowed the ground would quickly be salted.I’m at the very top of the hill which means I would hurt my car and possibly myself trying to come down that hill so I can’t take the chance. today is Friday and the snow and ice started on Sunday night and nothing has been done. I work just about everyday and have been catching ubers to work and having to walk all the way down the hill can’t count how many times I’ve fallen. At this point the streets r clear enough for people to drive on them but we’re still stuck because no salt has been put down. Can’t

No one salted or plowed the apartment complex on the day of the worst snowstorm in recent memory. Me and 3 other residents had to assist a fellow neighbor get out of her parking spot so she could go to work. It was so icy and cold that it took us 45 mins to get her out. The office was closed and the hot water stopped working in the apartment complex. I feel that we were all abandoned. On top of that, they are raising the rent 118$ to make a total of 1462$ per month + utilities.

Just moved in less than a month and I’m glad I only signed for 6 months. First the maintenance team is a joke nothing has been fixed that was supposed to be fixed before I moved in and now I have moved in my sink is still broken the shower knobs are still broken the light outside my door that I don’t control is still broken. But they expect rent to be paid when management can’t get their workers to do their jobs. Yes the scenery might be pretty and it’s quiet for the most part but this place seems more like a glorified public housing.

My girlfriend moved to point breeze apartments and it has been nothing but a bad experience. Terrible plumbing issues. Renovations not what they are suppose to be. The washers and dryers are always broken and dirty. The grounds are not taken care of and the fitness center includes a few free weights, 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical in a dirty room with poor lighting. The apartment is over priced for what you receive in the conditions of the apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I stayed here for about a year and it was cool no issues and quick responses with minor issues I had. Since new management took over it has been HORRIBLE. My parked car was totaled. A few months later my new car got broken into. Nothing has been done or said. No cameras have been installed and every time I go to the main office I get the run around. Only 3 washers work, the “workout” room consists of a few free weights and a broken treadmill and elliptical machine. If you deciding between point breeze and somewhere else, CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE ! I would break my lease and move
