The property management is unresponsive and unprofessional. On multiple occasions the leasing office is empty during business hours with no way to get ahold of anyone. The gates are consistently unsecured overnight and packages are left unsecured, despite having an Amazon locker which has led to multiple instances of theft in my experience alone.

The location is amazing, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Are there any building reps working in here? I can't get in touch with anyone neither over the phone nor over email/website contacts form/etc... Is it not rentable anymore?

Terrible, constant revolving management. The folks in the front office don’t even last a week here. We’ve been without a property manager or staff for months now. They turn off all the office lights, and send messages saying “office is closed” since they don’t have any staff. It’s insane. As of October 2021, there are mounds of packages in the common hallways that are being opened and rummaged through. The gates have been unlocked and not secure and we have non residents coming in, vandalizing the elevators making them in unusable, and stealing boxes. There’s so much noise from construction

This is an unfortunate update to my earlier review: the package policy continues to fail. Packages being left unattended in front of the mail room still. Now there's a person or persons who have taken to opening, rummaging through other people's stuff and stealing items. They leave the open packages there as if to mock the lack of security here. Management has been informed ( a lot) and have so far issued ZERO communication about what they've done to address this. Seemingly nothing as the package thefts continue. They seemingly do not care. Such a shame.

EDIT TO ADD on 10/27/21: This weekend we had a homeless person squatting in one of the vacant units on my floor. A female resident was leaving very early in the morning to walk her dog when she encountered him. I think we all know that this could have gone very badly. How did a perfect stranger get in a supposedly secure building? Welp, that's because the management of the property has left the gates and building doors open and unlocked for months, despite pleas from the residents.

Another fun side effect of having the buildings open to literally anyone is that packages get dumped in the

The location cannot be beat - just cross the street and you're at Green Lake! Our apartment is spacious (9' ceilings) with a balcony and the convenience of having covered garage parking (extra fee) is great. This apartment would be great and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it if not for the apparent management team being severely understaffed with really high turn overs. The recent property manager that was hired to replace the last one quit after 6 days. The interim property manager is great and he's trying his best, but he's stretched thin. There's no assistant property manager and the new maintenance

Great apt and location. Been here a year and have really enjoyed it. On the downside, I've been waiting several weeks to have a maintenance request attended to.

We used to love living here. It is a great location, but that's about it. Ever since Megan & Gil left the building has gone downhill. No more maintenance assistance, packages left everywhere, no one picks up the phone, prices are increased everywhere, and the noise of construction and garbage is terrible. Not to mention we had to fight for years for them to up the security of the building because it was not safe. Packages, storages, and cars were constantly getting broken into. Strangers were coming in and out of the building all the time. The rooftop is nice but don't let your dogs or kids roam

A lot of apartment have bad management, but this one deserve a 5 stars. Moved here during End of May of 2020, moved out a year later. Got my deposit back, didn’t even have to clean it, they just charge a flat rate. They are very friendly staff, and even have security, I feel really safe in there. Location is golden! Nothing to complain.

Megan and Kindy in the office are amazing. I can't believe how old some of these reviews are! They do not reflect the new management at alllll. Both women were so helpful and genuinely sweet unlike some management that just puts on a fake smile. They made my move to Seattle so great and easy and I felt welcomed the second I walked in their front doors!

It's always wonderful to have a supportive and helpful team, and Megan and Gilbert are the best! They're responsive, friendly, and go above and beyond for their residents and tenants.
Plus, there's an office cutie: Zeus. His happy little puppy face is the cherry on top. Stay rockin, guys!

Don't get charmed by its great location and stay away. This has been the worst managed property I have lived in since 2008. I had recurring noise problem since May 2018. The management did nothing to resolve it. The noise is so loud it comes through ear plugs and vibrates my walls, but is considered normal by the management. I can't wait till I move out to have a good night sleep by the end of this year.

Update: Was just informed that management does not monitor who picks up packages and often lets people walk in the mail room and take whatever they can grab. Who knows if they even live here? Now I understand why we have had things "never arrive". Be careful if you order anything or receive gifts. Who knows who ends up with them. Tina the manager informed me that their jobs aren't easy and they can't be expected to do everything right. Good to know.

It's hard to know how many stars to give. This is not a well run facbut the location really is great. Beautiful, walkable

I lived at Circa for two years, and it was an absolute mistake. There are plenty of other apartment complexes in the area - chose a different one. Throughout my two years there, I experienced incompetent and disrespect from both local and regional management. Within the community I experienced businesses renting residential spaces, frequent and unexplained fire alarms, break-ins to the locked parking garage, months without completing my maintenance requests, and refusal to resolve conflict or issues with residents. Yes, it looks nice on the outside and is in the perfect location, but do not waste

Originally, when we first moved in, I would have given this development 4 to 5 stars. Not so much anymore.

When we first moved in, the staff was amazing. From the office staff to the facilities people, they were just amazing. Now, not so much. Everything changed in March or April.

Now, we get repeated reminders about our upcoming rent - as much as two weeks ahead of time. No matter how often we pay our rent on time, we get repeated reminders in our email - which is rude and off-putting.

We put in work requests and have to wait weeks on end to get things fixed. The fire alarm was tripped

I have a number of grievances with this place. It's in a fantastic location, but the company running it made me feel completely irrelevant to them other than as someone they could fleece for as much money as possible. Here's a list of the ways in which Circa has upset me leading up to the end of our Jr.-1br lease:

1. The month to month option they offered us at the end of our lease was jacked up from 1800/mo. to over 3k/mo. This made it difficult to find a new place in Seattle without paying double rent.

2. They absolutely would not negotiate on subleasing/assignment of the last month

I loved living at Circa Greenlake and the only reason we left was because we purchased a house.

The apartment layouts were great and the location can't be beat, but it's easy to see that from visiting the place. What's not so obvious is that the staff is absolutely top-notch. I have never been happier in all my little interactions with the front office - picking up packages, putting in maintenance requests, and so forth. Everyone has been warm and helpful and I really can't say enough good things about them. When building-wide issues arise (for example, fire alarm testing or

Amazing apartments. Friendly and fun staff.
The best living location in the north Seattle and Greenlake area.
The rent is very reasonable and the apartments are very up today's and classy perfect for a single business professional like me.
The surrounding area has tons of restaurants, bars, and Greenlake outdoor activities. Easy access to I-5 and 99. It's the crown jewel of the Greenlake area .

The location, staff, and service are great and I would recommend to others. Whether you are single, a couple, or a family with kids Circa is very accommodating.

I have used all the amenities from gym, media lounge, to the rooftop patio/deck with BBQ overlooking Greenlake and have been impressed.

The location is amazing and with an active lifestyle it's nice to be able to cross the street and go to Greenlake.

In the end, what kept me at Circa is the staff and service - very warm, welcoming, and responsive. It really feels like they care about their residents.

I am a the owner/tenant of a restaurant in the Circa Building and since we have been here, I have been impressed with the patience and service of the Circa staff on both the residential and property management side. We have just finished our first year in business and the Circa crew were very helpful in supporting us through a lot of stressful issues we had as a new business. We love our resident customers who live in the building, of whom we know on a first name basis and many thanks to the property management office staff and maintenance crew for always looking after us. We have lived here for five months so far and have had only a positive experience. Cannot find a better location in the Greenlake area. The staff is very helpful and attentive, the property is clean, and the units are high quality. Very convenient parking and several good restaurants and shops just downstairs. We've never had a problem with noise or hearing our neighbors.

Definitely ignore old reviews. I just moved to Seattle a year ago and the best decision I made was moving here for a year. Management, GREAT. Repairs, painless and quick. Noise levels - very low. They use a web portal for payments and repairs and this is a amazing capability.

Having the washer and dryer in the apartment is a great convenience and the location is perfect for anyplace in Seattle, Bellevue, or Bothell.

I would highly recommend this place to live.

The building is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Seriously. Great folks. Very helpful. Requests for repairs are quick. The location is amazing.

My wife and I wish we could just buy our unit and stay here.

This would be a tale of two managements...
When Riverstone managed the building, I feel like the customer service level was so much better. There was a higher level of communication and you felt less like someone who just pays rent. A lof of this had to do with the staff. Nice, friendly and really genuine. The common areas were immaculate b/c they cared.
Since management changed over, there is a real lack of communication and care for the building and its tenants. I dislike them so much i haven't bothered to remember the name of the management company. Is it Paragon? The maintenance
