Fire alarms have been going off for the last two months straight. Also they do not answer service requests. I've been calling twice a week for two months to get my service request completed and they keep lying saying it will get done soon.

Hello my manager, Ms. Kay, at Postoak is an awesome manager she listens she communicates very well she’s very patient very professional she’s very organized flexible, and very visible. Always available to answer any questions. Ms. Kay cares about this property.

Beautiful place to call home. Im new to the area and this was the 1st city I decided to move to when I relocated from far North of Fort Worth, Tx.
I have now been there a month and the staff is very professional. Ms. Kay the property manager is such a sweet lady and very helpful.. I will surely recommend this property to others.

Don’t move here. There’s always people hanging out in the halls at all hours of the day, even as late as midnight. Maintenance is a joke. The office staff is a joke as well. Just because this is a low income apartment complex doesn’t mean it has to look like it. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

Dont move in. I promise you’ll have a horrible time. Fire alarms go off twice a month for no reason. Management is incompetent. Cant even reply to you in a timely maner. They don’t communicate with each other. You must chase them to get any type of resolution. Mark my words. Horrible place to live.

I’m re-reviewing because they deleted my previous review. I’ll continue to leave reviews as long as you guys keep deleting them. That alone should tell you what type of apartments these are. As I stated earlier, management lacks basic customer service skills. This place has roaches and you almost have to beg for maintenance to come out. They can’t even do a simple task of keeping the breezeways clean and like I stated before, I’ve literally seen USED CONDOMS in the breezeways. The pool has not opened all summer and there isnt even anywhere for the kids to play. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT give

The inside is decent but carpet is outdated. The breezeways, stairs and halls are terrible. They need to keep the trash picked up from the grounds and around the trash compactor or offer trash pick up service. There are horrible smells in all the halls. They could clean these up so much better and ask residents to respect the community. Whoever puts trash just anywhere etc. why trash a place you live. Hire more maintenance or a pressure washing company to come out monthly or every other month

Great apartment complex to live at. Next to 75 and 121. Pool, gym, laundry mat, and a business center (computer lab). Towing enforced with guest spaces available. Just about everything you need is within a 5-10 mile radius(Trader Joe's, Wal-Mart, AutoZone, etc.).
