Moved in here at the beginning of June and I have not had any complain so far! Sydney made my transition here smooth. I haven’t dealt much with the other girls in the office but I’m sure they are just as nice and accommodating as Sydney! My building has people that keep to themselves and I love that. Casuals hellos but that’s about it. Maintenance crew is very helpful and always so polite! Edgar has gone above and beyond for me when I first moved in. I had a sink problem - he came back that same day with another issue I discussed with him just as small talk (I wasn’t bothered by it) he

I've lived here for 4 years and at first it was great because Jesse was the manager. But ever sense he left, their new management doesn't seem to care for their residents. The leasing staff has now become extremely rude!
parking has always been an issue but now when I put in a work order, it gets completed without anyone showing up. I go to the office for something and I am looking at with disgust and ignored until I say something to get someone's attention.
their gate system is trash, they just don't care anymore.
we will not be renewing when the lease comes up.

I moved in September 25, 2021, I had so many issues with my apartment. I wasn’t able to use my toilet because it was clogged for some apparent reasons. Whenever I flushed the toilet without putting tissue in it the toilet would still overflow and water will be on the floor. It was times that I was afraid to use the bathroom in fear that water would run on the floor. So keep in mind I haven’t been at this complex for a complete 2 weeks and I had to put in a maintenance request 4 times with the same issues. Also when I moved in I experienced other maintenance issues that should of been checked

I loved this complex! I lived here from 2018-2019, and it was awesome. There were always little resident events, I never saw a roach in my apartment, and the management was always great. Great price, I had a washer and dryer in my unit, and it was exactly what I needed at the time. I moved out because I moved cities, but had I not, I would have happily stayed.

Creekview does have a great pool, a grill , Addison next door for the restaurants but if something happens to your car they don't do anything about it! They have one person patrolling the lot and he just drives by without really looking. No cameras either. My car had its catalytic converter stolen from it and they don't even sympathize with you or help you out. I'm leaving in a couple of months and pray nothing happens to my car.

I’m living with roaches after just being here in this new unit for a month. I have a new baby and the best that the complex can offer me is to have the guy come spray every week. Do not waste your money! The office staff is great I won’t take that from them but the owners could careless as long as your check clears. They refuse to let me out of my lease. They later requested that I move out and once I did they reported a balance to the credit bureaus.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love this complex! Emily and Jesse are great, plus all the awesome maintenance crew! If I have any issues they are very on top of it and responsive. I didn’t have to wait to get my ac fixed in the dead heat of summer! The back side of my building was very dark and I asked them to install a light fixture so when I walk my dog at night, I feel safe! I understand like most complex’s there are good and bad, but they strive to make it a great living space and have very open communication. I appreciate the new parking guidelines and how they provide breakfast

It's a polite community people keep to them selves but will wave. The price I got on my apt was reasonable but you have to make three times the rent to apply so pull some doubles if you plan on moving in. Parking is rough 😣 that's the only downside and in the event they are resurfacing an appt you get to deal with the paint remover smell all day

Have lived here for 9 months and the only complaint is the constant criminal activity that resides here. One night I was walking out from my vehicle at 11pm and I saw a group of guys about 5-7 walking around the cars. I quickly went inside with my wife and watched them. They were picking cars and checking handles for open cars and I witnessed one of the neighbors vehicles be scavenged for whatever they could get their hands on. Called the police for assistance but that’s a whole other story of nothing getting done. Had my truck stolen from INSIDE THE GATE and towed 2 times. Planning to move to

I recently moved here and love the property. The office staff is AMAZING (ESP Emely)!! She made my application process smooth and she communicated with me throughout the whole process. The only downside I would say is there is only one community trash area which makes it difficult to take trash out. It would be nice if they offered valet trash pickup since there’s 3 floors to a unit. I know I would pay extra for it. Other than that, I love it!!! The neighbors are nice and the area is great!

Lived here for about 1 month and already have 2 power outages. outages last a few hours. No emails were sent to residents to let us know what is going on. if these were due to maintenance, or if there are electrical issues with the property. This is extremely annoying for how much money I am spending to live here.
Rent is fairly cheap but there is limited parking. the apartments are very roomy and clean. Not to much noise can be heard from neighbors.

More cars that do not have resident stickers or that are junker cars are using resident parking spots. Parking is already a pain

Very content with this apartment. Been here almost 2 years and have had no major problems. Work orders are always taken care of quickly. No bug problems. Also pretty quiet area. Appliances are old and visitor parking is horrible but that's really the only negative I have to say.

This complex was great when we moved in 2+ years ago, but the staff keeps changing and the assistant manager Jessie doesn't seem to have any follow-thru. Every work order given to him is always missed and had to call back in additional 1-3 times before work is actually done.

What the main issue was about our move-out. We broke our lease 5 months early, but were told by the complex that if it was re-rented that we wouldn't have to pay out the lease. When we did our walk-thru 2 days before the new tenants were supposed to move-in, everything was fine. Then we get a letter in the mail

I was here two years and decided not to renew this year. I have the largest one bedroom with normal washer dryer hook up and access to the bathroom through the bedroom and hallway. When I started here rent was $809, this year it was $849, and I chose not to release so I don't know the new rate. I'm not upset about the rate increase because across the board all of Dallas is having a rate increase (even though they're throwing up apartments everywhere). I travel for work and left my car by the leasing office for a week and a half and when I got back it was broken into. The leading

I lived in these apts. from March 2015-March 2016.

Apartment was fine, few minor issues. Bi-fold doors always fell off track, and master toilet had issues flushing. Nothing to major. Parking was absolutely HORRIBLE. You have to be in the parking lot by 6 pm to have a space ANYWHERE in the apartments. Weekends were even worse. There is no area to walk your dogs, very little grass areas, and there is no where for kids to play besides in the middle of the parking lot. Not very family friendly.

The DALLAS SWAT team just did a raid on 9 apartments in the building i was in. Apparently a drug ring was

I read a few bad reviews towards the apartments!?? I have been living here a year. & I have not hat not one single problem. No gunshots, no breaking into cars, & I think it's a very quiet area. The gates are always closed. Unless the office keeps it open for us which is convenient for us coming in & out. Only thing that does need improvement is visitors parking. They are gone by like 8!! other than the apartments are great they do need to be upgraded but still a nice place to live.

I love living here. The staff knows my roommate and I by name. Maintenance is quick and the head guy even gave me his personal number for emergencies. I've lived here since August 2014 and have not once heard gun shots, seen prostitutes, or drug deals going on. Also, the crime rate is very low! My car has never been broken into and that's probably because I follow the typical rule of lock your car, take your keys, and hide your belongings. My neighbors are all very sweet. I think the grounds are very well kept and properly groomed. It's an older property but it has charm! The walls

I would give no stars if I could. Bad apartments in a bad neighborhood. A few months into living here my neighbors windows were shot out by Dallas SWAT. There was then a mass exodus of people leaving because of the experience. When I asked if I could break my lease early seeing how my patio neighbors windows were shot out by police and I felt unsafe as a single female living in that complex they told me they would not allow me to break my lease regardless of the shooting. The gates are always open and it's really loud. I could clearly hear full conversations people were having in the parking

I would have given this place no stars, but that is not possible. One of my friends recently moved into these apartments, and we visited the complex. My girlfriend and I came out to leave that night and could not find our car. My first thought was that it was stolen, seeing how I was parked in what I thought was a public parking space. Come to find out the car was towed. The complex DOES have a visitor parking lot, but the only mention (in the visitor parking lot) of towing is if the car sits for two days. Also, the only other mention (in the rest of the lot) of towing is if you park under a covered

The Creekview Apartment's April's specials flyer, which I have a copy of, states without qualification that they offer "Half off 1st full month!!!" When I called and spoke with their leasing agent(s) Sophia and Shawna, they both indicated to me that this was not entirely true, and only true for 13 month leases. Sophia also disclosed that they do not print this information but only disclose it after further discussion. Since 13 month leases are never a standard lease term, they are practicing the bait and switch method of advertising by falsely offering a written special without

Not to bad of a place to live if you're in the apartment game. Rent is affordable and the staff is friendly. The property is a small complex so that can add to the appeal. The security gates work most of the time and other times I just don't know what's"s going on with them. There aren't many visitor parking spots so get there early if you want one, otherwise you're on the street. They do tow cars and are pretty good about enforcing that so be fore warned.
