Do not rent here. The apartments are not in good shape and the management is not helpful in any way. These apartments are in serious need of a remodel. My apartment constantly smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and weed from my neighbors smoking. What they don’t tell you is that while they are not technically next to the interstate, you can see it from the back facing apartments and it is absolutely something you hear all the time. Save your money and rent elsewhere.

Where do I begin? Let’s start with the front office. If you ever call, they won’t answer, nor will they return your call. If you try to email, they won’t respond to those either before the 5-7 day mark. As far as the apartment itself, the walls have to be made of paper, because you will hear anything and everything your neighbors are doing at all hours of the day. There is one washer and one dryer for each building with absolutely no structure to how they can be used. I’ve literally waited 3 days one time to be able to do laundry because one of my neighbors wouldn’t come get their clothes

Wife and I lived here for nearly four years. Great location, cozy apartment (for two people, anyway) and we had very few issues with maintenance, regulations, etc. For being in West Knoxville, we couldn’t find a more affordable place. Right before we left, new management took over, and they seemed just as good if not better than the old team, so we were overall very pleased with our time here.

I lived here 3 times in the last 20 years. The positive reviews are from before 2020 when the original property owners were in control. It has been taken over at the beginning of 2020 and it is terrible. Roaches in the apartments. Everything is dirty. You can never reach the front office. I have not been able to log into my online account for 6 months since the new company took over. I moved back here in late 2018, and I spent a year here with the old owners. It was great. It changed over night in 2020. It will only get worse from here.

I lived here for 2 years. The apartments are nice and the community is mostly quiet. About a week before my lease was over, they actually sold the property to a new management team with all new employees. So I can't really speak about the staff. But the property itself is alright. Nothing spectacular but definitely better than some other options in Knoxville. My unit was a two-bedroom. I only had to call maintenance for a handful of issues, nothing out of the ordinary. I will recommend buying your own insulation for windows, doors, and outlets. The units are not very well insulated and you will

The carpets did not seem to be vacuumed or shampooed before I moved in. When I would lay on the carpet or walk in my room barefoot, I would find a long hairs in the carpet yet or stuck to my feet. Also, the carpet smelled like perfume in some spots from the renter before me. The bedroom door is sticky and real tight. I had to close the door with a huge bang to shut it and again to open it, it made a very loud noise because it was sticky and super tight fit. The patio door did not seal well. Let in a lot of noise and some bugs. A microwave does not come with the apt. I had to buy my own.

Terrible place to live extremely infested with roaches. Yellow water runs out before it runs clear. Only one washer and dryer for one building with 12 units. No respect. Pest control walks in unannounced. Walls are thin. I hate this place. I cannot walk into my apartment without cringing. bugs everywhere.

I lived here for over two years when I first moved to Knoxville and have nothing but great things to say. The complex is quiet, well maintained, and convenient to just about everything in Knoxville! Erika and Melissa in the office are always friendly and do a great job at making everyone feel welcome!
