Yorkshire Apartments invites you to experience luxury living. Our Silver Spring apartments for rent give you access to the best in-home and community amenities, including a washer dryer in each floor plan, ample closet space, cathedral ceilings, and living room skylights. Each of our spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments offer you the luxury of outdoor living space with a patio or balcony and we're welcome pets!

BBQ picnic areas, playgrounds, and swimming pool deliver relaxing, leisurely community spots and something for everyone to enjoy. Perfectly located in Silver Spring, Maryland, Yorkshire Apartments offer direct access to Route 29 and easy commutes to Washington, DC, Baltimore, Columbia, and Annapolis.
Services
Parking is first come, first served. Each apartment is allotted for 2 vehicles on our off street parking lot. We require that all vehicles parked on the property have current inspection and registration. All residents must keep their vehicle information up-to-date with the Leasing Center. Guest vehicles are welcome, however, we ask that all visitors park away from the buildings, allowing our residents closer parking options.

So I've been here for about 6 years and experienced the change of management from Grady to Aion. While there were major hiccups during the shift (to be expected during a reorganization), the added layer of the pandemic didn't make it much easier to adjust. Adding a few shifts of employees and procedures, coupled with a short staff during covid, my expectations had to pivot. It took Towanda's reassurance and honesty along with the professionalism and willingness of Andrea to help me see progression and experience more efforts towards servicing. I’ve lived at Yorkshire for almost 2 years. The leasing team is the best ever lead by Andrea Green. They’re by no means perfect as management was switched during the pandemic so the current team seems to be trying their best to get a solid team together. There are some pretty awesome people on the team. I can’t remember everyone’s names but Andrea, Tawanda in the office and the engineer George are amazing. I live in one of the recently renovated units and I love it. They do their best to pay attention to everyone. They do little raffles and competitions in the office through social media

I recently scheduled a lease start date and coordinated movers to coincide with that start date. I received a voicemail late in the afternoon the day prior to my morning move that the unit was not ready and I needed to wait 2 more days. This created a cascade effect with scheduled movers and scheduled time off from work. Knowing weeks in advance the unit would not be ready, I was baffled why I received that call the night prior to my move in. After waiting 6 weeks for repairs, do not live here they are no longer Grady management. With grady management all issues were dealt with asap or even the same day. Now we have a mouse in our apartment that will not be addressed right away by the new aion management. DO NOT LIVE HERE, nor does this community offer peace and quiet in your home. Almost everyday and every morning loud music is played by the neighbors. Still waiting for our repairs, this isnt the only issue we've had.

Current resident, I have submitted multiple request for things that need to be fixed. Was told by someone there to submit an email with all my issues. I DID THAT ON FEB 19TH it is now almost 2 months later and NOTHING has been done except for maybe one of the issues. One of the request was also submitted through their portal back in December and not even a phone call. Reading the other reviews I see many people are unhappy. Then they have someone tell you to please call during business hours but I am calling NOW at 1:30 on a Wednesday afternoon when they are suppose to be OPEN but NOBODY AWNSERS

My apartment is mice infested. They have a field day during the late night hours, but don't be mistaken because you day see one in broad daylight. My rent has gone from 1365 to 1519 for a one BR. For the location, white 50's cabinets and 20's dryer that I have to run 3 times before the clothes are dry are not worth nothing more than $1300, if that! Maintenance is great as they respond quickly and the rent office staff isn't bad. It's really in the apartment and the lacking of amenities for the asking price. There is no pool, gym or any other amenities yet the rent and mice infestation has gone

NO customer service. The price you pay for rent does not make any sense with the lack of quality furnishing, amenities, and management by AION. Apartment are decent at best, maintenance people are not legitimate handyman, they just jerry rig until something is passable. The neighborhood itself is always littered with trash and food. I recently moved to relocate, but if I had stayed in the area it would NOT have been at Yorkshire Apartments. I have been trying to get ahold off someone/anyone in the leasing office or at management company to provide move out policies and procedures! I have tried

This place is horrible. They put pressure on you to submit an application then switch up on you. Clementine in that office is horrible and I’m not the only one having issues with her, no customer service etiquette , soo many mistakes in sending a correct lease. If that’s how you act to get into an apartment, how much more when you start living here.
