I have been trying to get a hold of someone and they never answer the phone! My inlaws were suppose to move here and they were disgusted with how the apartment looked and smelled. Unfortunately they forwarded their mail and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone so they can check if it had gone through since it was done on Updater a website the Apts use to "help" ease the process of moving. We did not get a confirmation number for the change of address so I can't cancel it online! I'm glad they looked elsewhere and dodged a bullet! Do not recommend moving here unless your desperate and even then

If you're thinking of applying here I'll save you the trouble: don't. They are incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and uncaring. It has taken them two weeks to process our application, which they have yet to do, and have been giving us the runaround. They have three phone numbers, but have fun getting them to answer even one of them. Management and customer service here are the worst i've ever seen and the apartments themselves are not high quality enough for them to act like that. For comparison a different complex approved us within 24 hours, there is NO reason it should take two weeks to

I do not recommend moving here ! I was robbed in the parking lot! Plus THERES MOLD !! They say the apartments are “newly renovated but what they actually mean is new paint over old counters. I moved for work and I really regret my decision. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website the only apartment that looks that good is the model apartment used for tours.

Let me give you the raw honest truth about these apartments, these apartments are run down and to expensive for the area. The water stays hot for all of 2 minutes and the water pressure are like kiddie sprinklers! THERES MOLD !!!The front office answers the phone one a day so cross your fingers your able to talk to someone to fix an issuer hat you have. Sometimes the water runs a murky yellow tint. I’ve been here for 2 years and the management has changed so much I can’t keep up which in my opinion is very unprofessional and unorganized. I can’t wait to move .

I moved in these apartments on Jan 5th at 5pm. My apartment was dirty and the carpets were soaked from a half a** cleaning. The next day I was informed the person who I signed with was no longer with the company and they had a new property manager/owner. Before leaving she did not verify my move financials with the new management ..I.e. prorated rent/fees paid/deposits etc. I have been calling and going to the office to get it straightened out and was informed on 2 different occasions I would receive a call or email when it was fixed , without penalty of late fees! Instead I received an eviction

Once we walked in the office , we were greeted with a warm welcome. The property manager, Mrs. Mayra Lares, was super helpful! My husband and I have been apartment hunting for a couple of days now & she is hands down the sweetest! Gave us all the information & was very hands on. I would definitely recommend this place to family & friends who are looking for apartments.

They have been stealing a lot lately. And still no cameras for the parking lots, only the entrance and by the dumpster. They stole my license plates and several more from other cars. The catalytic converter from my truck was also stolen. You pay too much for a "good area".

I have never met a manager that is hands on with the clients. Ms. Lasso made me feel much more at ease when I went to Inquire about a two bedroom. Being a single parent and trying to find a place to raise my kids has been hard. I will definitely be applying here. She really cares about the clients and made me feel like I was already home!
