They expect us to go out our way to find out what changes have occurred in the apartments and claim they said letters and email but not seen no letters that keep us updated to changes nor no emails of course expect the payment confirmations. This apartment is TRASHY it is INFESTED with RODENTS! and ROACHES! the office staff do not CARE about how many reports you put in, they do not get back to you or handle the matter in an APPROPRIATE or TIMELY manner, also the parking is terrible pertaining to visitors and this is not a good starter apartment and I have reached out MANY TIMES! and they just catch IGNORANT HOSTILE ATTITUDES instead of being PROFESSIONAL and fixing the PROBLEMS to began with!

From my own personal experience it’s a not a good place to live. There is a lot of mice everywhere and they carry a lot of bacteria and Illness and for them to run around like they own the place more than the owners say a lot about this place. I call the office back once the mice treatment is over because they never leave! I can honestly say the office people send pest control but it’s just not enough. I’m very disappointed I wish I could leave but unfortunately I don’t have the funds or help to move. The place looks nice from the outside and inside but there’s a big mice problem. At

Worst appointment ever... will not recommend to anyone. This apartment is trush.I been complaining about rats nobody cares there is a lot of rats every where. I spent a lot of money to get rid of them but still there is a rat because the management is not doing there job very disappointed please don't even try to sign a lease in this apartment you will be disappointed .

I'm wishing i could give a negative star because of my experience with them. I spoke to this racist lady by the name of Marla Hammond and it was one of the most rudest and inappropriate interactions ever. Everyone of the staff is nice and attentive, this lady how ever ruins it for everyone with her attitude and bad customer service. Yelling and hanging up the phone. Someone needs to train this lady better, i'm hoping Grady management can help me with this matter.

This place has really gone down the drain. Let me put it easily, management decided to buy a little fancy thing called Package Concierge where your UPS, FedEx, or USPS package can be deposited into a locker. 50% of the time the lockers are full and the delivery provider has to try to re-deliver until there is space. For such a big complex, there is not enough lockers. Can be very frustrating, super frustrating during the end of the year holidays. Another thing management decided was that many residents were being left without parking spots due to many other residents had more than one car. So,

Run away! This place is ghetto. The units are poorly maintained and haven't been renovated in decades. The kitchens are dingy and I recently discovered roaches. The cabinets are very small and falling apart, and the "breakfast bar" is just a piece of ugly countertop attached to the wall. The appliances aren't in much better shape. The carpet is disgusting and smells. The paint job is shoddy at best. It's so thick in places you can peel back multiple layers, and they do not carefully tape before painting. There is paint all along the edge of the carpet. While there
