Services
Our school is built on the belief that the earliest events in a child's life are the most formative and critical determinants of their development. As our name suggests, we anchor our program on learning through the arts. Utilizing the Reggio Emilia discipline, our children spend the day exploring, experiencing, playing, and creating.
The children will have opportunities to use a variety of art materials and allow their creativity to flourish as they create beautiful, unique artwork. Mr. Owen and his guitar will spend time with our children as they discover beats, rhythms, and the different sounds and tunes of instruments. What a fun way to incorporate language, culture, and gross motor development all in one!
Cambridge Preschool of the Arts is an amazing community of educators who are passionate about early childhood education. POTA recognizes that our teachers are the heartbeat of our program. We invest in our team and procure opportunities for professional growth and learning. We value creativity, team spirit, upbeat energy and a love of learning.
At POTA, we take pride in partnering with parents during their children's first school experience. We provide an outstanding infant program where our teachers extend both the trust and support needed for our infants to explore, learn and grow. They graduate from tummy time to crawling and walking in a safe and engaging environment.
The children in our Toddler Program experience a fully hands-on early childhood learning program, where teachers provide them with a loving and nurturing environment, while simultaneously beginning to imbue greater sophistication into their curriculum. Our program is designed to harness the joy and excitement that accompanies turning two.
