It’s a good place to live, well placed. However, they close their eyes to a lot of problems such dirty in the hallways, smoking, broken gates..I don’t feel safe a 100% because the gate is always opened and there are no cameras around or even inside of the building. And the worst thing about living here is: they don’t put effort to fix those problems.

I've never felt so cornered and insecure anywhere. Unfortunately I renewed my contract shortly, and I am stuck for longer months with the administration. Drug dealing in the parking lot, dirt in the hallways, people all the time trying to open the door. I'm scared, and for the time being, unable to pay the fine to cancel the lease.

Yesterday we moved and it was the worst experience, getting things off the truck they stole a shoe rack full of shoes, some shoes and a chair. If I could leave here I would do it without thinking, if this was the welcome I do not want to imagine how the other months will be, do not waste your time here. TOO insecure and they don't have security cameras in places where they should. We informed the manager and she didn't even bother to email the residents to see if anyone had seen anything.

Its fine living here until you have to deal with the staff. They are the most unresponsive team I've ever dealt with. Emails go weeks without a reply despite multiple follow ups, calls always go to the overflow line where you can leave a message only to never be called back. No one is held accountable. When you work office hours and finally find time to stop by the leasing office, the wait is ridiculous and nothing gets resolved. The apartment complex and amenities are decent but the staff stops caring about you the moment you sign a lease. Cherry on top is the gym has been without air conditioning

This review is based on my personal experience here at M2 at Millenia Apartments. First impressions were not the best. The assistant manager seem too "busy" to greet and help her fellow coworker with current and prospect residents. Chazz, one of the leasing agents, seem very busy and the assistant manager just passed by you with no greet, just rude and very unprofessional. She just went to lunch eventually. Again, with no greet, no manners. They are both rude and unprofessional. The main reason for the issue that we are having here is because Chazz is a liar and unprofessional. Also

Things have improved a lot recently, parties are usually held on weekends and not regular work days. Maybe because holiday season has passed?
I do appreciate the transparency from the leasing office in regards with what's going on in the community. Like reported Covid cases or crime activities, they don't hide it, instead informing everyone so people can pay attention to improve it.
Would have been 4 to 5 stars due to one big issue.
If you plan to move in to this apartment complex and you value your sleep time at regular time (say 11PM to 6AM), and get up to work the next morning, DO

I was highly interested in this place because it was a new development and stayed with a friend who lives here for a few days and absolutely loved it. I got approved for the apartment but had to back out as the crime reports at this place is absolutely ridiculous. My said friend's car got stolen in the parking garage and there were only cameras at the entrance of the garage so they couldn't see who did it. There is also zero service in the garage.
I have called several times asking questions and when they don't know, they tell me someone will give me a call back - I have not once received a call

I wanted to give potential residents a REAL review due to the fact that the bulk of these reviews are for residents rewards and I noticed two from one of the leasing staff members who would of course be biased.
A)The Overall Building Design and Layout.
The building was designed poorly. Depending on where you live, you will have a hard time getting to the office and the amenities. My neighbor had to call the police once and they had the hardest time finding their way through the maze. The signs that are posted are incorrect or do not have a "You are Here" dot that is easy to see. We have resorted
