Management has tried to kick us out after we just moved in, for no valid reason. She and the residents with seniority, have harassed us and “made complaints” since we moved in. Do not come here.

The worst please don't waste your time - Like I did. Unprofessional management and staff. I could go on and on but Unprofessional is the word that sums Elysian Courtyard of Gentilly up perfectly.

Don't waist your time. I would give a rating of a zero if I could. Staff very unprofessional and don't bother to pay an application fee because they will not process your application but will cash your money order and give you the run around to eternity. In the end they did me a favor because I can only imagine the games they play once you move in.

Person that answers the phone needs to be taught proper customer service skills!! Called and said that there's nothing to show and didn't even ask if I wanted to be placed on a waiting list. She didn't even let me into the gate to talk to me like a normal professional person should.
