I've been living here for 3 years now and I love it. I don't know what the future holds but I don't see myself moving. Never.
I'm on disability and I have some health issues and I'm on a very tight budget. I've been experiencing some hardship for a couple of years and one of the property managers Valerie Miller have been working with me personally she is an awesome woman and I don't know if I would still be here if it wasn't for her talking to corporate in my behalf. The staff is very courtesy and polite. It's comforting to know that they still have people in the world that looks out for the less

HELLO!?!?!? I've been calling and emailing this place for a month straight and no answer or reply. Yet, they continually are added new units available! No sign that they are closed or anything. I am very displeased with this place and their inability to return calls, answer the phones, or emails! Very unprofessional. People need somewhere to live and yall are not responsive, WHATSOEVER!

Based on the photos online I thought this place would be more welcoming then it actually was. Once we arrived my thoughts changed VERY quickly. However, I still wanted to tour and give it a chance.
The black lady in the leasing office with glasses and horrible clothing is ABSOLUTELY snobby & horrible! She treated my partner and I as if we couldn’t afford the place before we even got a tour. She thought that by proclaiming to have worked for the company for 10 years, it would hold weight with us. Needless to say, we ended up ripping up our application and waking out. Not only is this place the

I have lived there one year and it was overall a good experience. Facilities were clean, parking was safe, and apartment furnishings were new and modern. Living so close to the Quarter was also a plus. Gym was basic but clean. Only consistent downside was the frequent 1-3am fire alarms. Otherwise the walls and doors were thick enough that I never heard a single neighbor during my time there, unless I stepped out of my apartment. Moving out was a breeze and they even sent a pro-rated refund!

It’s easy for me to get to work and my son day care My only problem is the roaches the lady next-door to us is nasty she literally has roaches crawling out from under her door the office will call Pest control if you ask them do they don’t have a problem doing that but it’s still not fixing the problem they need to make this lady move out just like they made the crazy lady on our floor threatened everyone move out make the nasty lady

Absolutely, hands down, worst place I have ever lived. And I lived in a college dorm for 4 years. Terrible maintenance, cockroaches, and unfriendly / unhelpful staff are just a few it the amenities they have to offer. Their "safety" keys are just for show. (Doors are open 24/7 for the public). The moment my lease is up, I will be out of there. I DO NOT recommend these apartment buildings to anyone, at anytime, ever.

I signed the lease on this place while I was still in another state. When I first arrived Wanda was so helpful and got me into the place smoothly. I lived in the 200 Treme building and had a few issues at first with the cockroaches but they were pretty good with having people spray if we complained enough.
This place isn't as secure as they advertise it to be. People will be waiting at the door and banging at the door with no shame to let them in. It's more of a community place which didn't bother me as much.
The reason for my rating is that after 3-4 months being there, kids
