Great properties but these people would lie when the truth behooves them. I was paying $2,800/ mth at 628 Baronne St. and the Myra creature made my life miserable. I had no working dryer for the last couple months and it took three months to get my deposit back. She lied about the terms of my lease and pre-litigation started before she backed off. I moved out early just to get away from her. When Orleans Properties tells you short term rental is prohibited, they mean by the leasee, because they rent many weekends and weekdays to pro partiers. The maintenance guys were great until Myra fired them

I can't say enough about the excellence of Orleans Properties and the Crystalline Condos. Myra Cancienne and her team have hit it out of the park! Everything about this property is top notch, excellent detail in appearance, safety, and access. We made a move helping my son into an apartment here this past weekend and it was flawless. Michelle Rose had all the paperwork organized and in place. Everything was clean--to my tough standards. We had help waiting (even though we ran late) to make sure we moved without issue. Herman the property manager jumped in to unload boxes, talk about above

I moved to New Orleans about three weeks ago, and I am so lucky that my move has been relatively seamless.
A huge reason for that is The Crystalline, and Orleans Properties!
They made me feel right at home since I stepped foot into my residence. Everyone from the building owners, Myra and Christian, to Orleans Properties' manager, Herman, to the Valet staff below the building have been absolutely first class.
I am so thankful for their hospitality and continuous care for every little thing I may need. They make the property feel like home, and a place that I look forward to returning to each
