This place is amazing! As a female student, I felt very safe living here and knew coming back at night that there was the concierge there to see me walk into the building safely. The location is amazing and being close to Rouses is a great plus. Staff is nice and always there to help. My apartment on the fourth floor was very quiet, never heard my neighbors once. This is the first apartment I have ever been in that actually gave me my full deposit back. Overall this place is a great place to live!!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years after moving from the suburbs. The surrounding area has great restaurants, Starbucks, and Rouses catty corner to the building all within walking distance. Zeus' Place is located on the next block where I got my dogs' nails trimmed all the time. This building has all of the amenities you could want- a gym, a pool, hangout spaces, fob entry points and concierge 24 hours/day 7 days/week. The apartments are modern, but cozy at the same time. The residents in the building and surrounding residential buildings are mainly young professionals and friendly. Finally
