What utilities are included in my lease? Your lease payments include: rent, basic extended cable, water, sewage, trash and pest control. What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved? Cat and dogs are accepted; only non-violent breeds. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per pet and limited to a total of two pets per apartment.

I usually don’t think to leave reviews for any businesses, even when I’ve had bad experiences, but I really don’t want anyone to be stuck in this situation.
I want to start by saying that the leasing manager and maintenance person are very nice and responsive, but this is absolutely not luxury housing. The day we moved in (May 2021 on the 5th floor) the first thing I saw was a cockroach in the kitchen. We’ve had pest control come and spray the apartment 3 times in the past 2 months to no avail. We are now paying the lease breaking fee on top of August rent to leave because these pest control

Stayed here for a year in a small studio. Carmen at the office is a wonderful resource and a great person. The location is unbeatable and the rooftop pool deck has a nice view. The service request turn around time was always quick. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for affordable pricing in the CBD.

Living here for almost four month we had two requests and they fixed and exchanged it the same day or the day after. Management has always been pleasent to deal with in the first place, but it´s good to know when it comes down to they also back it up with helping you when there is a problem. Another cool thing is they organize community parties with real good food and drinks. Can only recommend that place!
