Great place to live the staff is wonderful always helpful and alert and the security of the building and garage is extreme safe as that was a priority in living in New Orleans. Never had a problem on anything during our first lease here while our house was being repaired and now returning again to the garage due to ida.

Rude Agent / no masks during showings - went for an appointment to see an apartment to rent - The Agent came to the door without a mask - we asked if she could kindly wear a mask for everyone's safety. We perceived her manner as rude the way she told us that she is not going to be wearing masks. No need to be that rude, just tell everyone before they come see you that you are ignoring the New Orleans Mask mandate so we don't waste time. Good to know now how this place is run before engaging in rent or purchasing a condo.

Wow, a bad review from someone who has never lived here?...
I actually live in this building, so I am actually qualified to give a valid opinion of this building, its staff, and what it's like to live here compared to other places I've lived in over 35 years of renting and home ownership locally and elsewhere around the country.
The staff in this building are exemplary; Curtis, Dena, and Dan are warm, friendly, responsive, and helpful in every way. Any brief encounter that left someone feeling any other way proves only the lack of ongoing actual experiences with the staff, as compared to those
