Known to many New Orleanians as one of the most iconic buildings in the city, this 23-story historic landmark was completed in 1921 and was once the tallest building in the state of Louisiana and also served as a navigational beacon for ships on the Mississippi River. The white tower atop the building remains a familiar part of the skyline and lights up for special occasions throughout the year.

Coming from a CBD resident, HRI has always had a STELLAR reputation down here The Hibernia lives up to that reputation too CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN Up to date appliances, counters, cabinets etc The apartments are surprisingly very sound proof. I wouldn't know I had neighbors until I ran into one in the hall.

Not good and getting worse. I've been here two years, and the first year -- other than having smokers' secondhand smoke infiltrating my breathing space daily (This IS A SMOKER'S building!) -- it was OK.
But a year ago, things started going downhill fast: door handles to the front and back entrances to the building began to disappear and are now ripped off on a regular basis; the glass in the front entry doors has been broken, and most recently, looks like some one shot it; an elevator had a rail broken and someone apparently tried to glue it back up; packages are being stolen

I've lived here nearly 5 yrs. Things were good early on. But by the 3 yr it went south. My refrigerator and A/C stops working about every 6 weeks. Maintenance comes by to fix things, always promising it works fine now. Then a month later, the refrigerator and A/C stops working. Since 2018 I've had over a dozen maintenance calls for the exact same issues. Each time I'm told that now it's fixed and you won't have any problems. Currently, I'm using a portable A/C unit because the main A/C still does not work. This is the third time they've given me a portable unit

I love the location which is CBD. Three blocks from Bourbon Street where the party's at and three blocks from Warehouse District with its fine dining.
The rooftop pool offers great selfies and a relaxing time. On the same level there are two grills for cooking, sinks and an outside refrigerator for temporary storage.
Furthermore, located on the inside is the actual hosting area for parties and larger gatherings tenants can use.
One more point, the gym with several elliptical and quality treadmills that are in constant working order. Free weights and machines are available to complete your
