My business partner and I came in to check out an apartment to rent. I was all ready to sign on the dotted line until we realized how horribly this place was run. Upon pulling up to an available parking space our first day, we encountered a woman who we later understood to be the manager, Kristen. She was aloof, never said a single word to us, stared at her phone and drank her Starbucks to avoid potential and current residents, while hiding behind her office door each day. I emailed her and left a voice message regarding a number of very unfortunate incidents my partner and I had with Kiara, who

I’ve lived here for 2 years and Rose Heights is just ok.
Pros: Apartment is in a good location, close to major highways, the mall, and Brier Creek shopping. Maintenance team and office staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ve always been responsive and quick to help out with any questions or requests. The layout of the apartments are good (only real downside I can think of is no pantry, but cabinet space is ample). The best part is the very spacious deck. You can also tell that management is trying to keep the place nice- the courtyard in the main building was redone and it’s beautiful

Rose Heights Apartments is like home away from home. Kristen & Chris are amazing managers. They are friendly, great listeners, professional, great problem solvers, and just wonderful positive individuals. I would love to stay here forever but home ownership is calling my name. The maintenance staff is exceptional! Malcolm is doing a great job as a supervisor! Ricardo and Paul are so awesome! I can’t Thank you all enough for everything. Definitely will miss you guys keep up the good work!!!

Customer service severely lacking. If you want to feel like a dollar sign instead of a person, then this may be the place for you. You can’t enjoy the pool because it is overrun with unruly kids. You are forced to pay for cable and trash valet even if you don’t want those services. Read the fine print!! The worst apartment experience that I have ever had. Please Beware! I chose 1 star because zero stars wasn’t an option.

Great Living at Rose Heights
I have lived at Rose Heights for four year and found it to be a Great and Safe place to live. The apartment is spacious with all the appliances you need and a porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening drink. The pool is my favorite amenity and is maintained beautifully and allows for great afternoons of relaxation. I am also fortunate to have a courtyard apartment which allows for a wonderful view all year long.
The Leasing office team is friendly, professional and passionate about making the complex your home, not just a place to live. They offer extras like food

This is the worst apartment complex! They are not even deserving of this one star rating. My boyfriend stayed here for the last four years. A month before his lease ended, he put in a work order due to a part in the refrigerator being broken. Maintenance came to fix it with no problem. A week later he put in an order as the microwave door cracked. He mentioned to the maintenance guys numerous times before that there were small cracks forming on the door. Kristen insisted that the bigger crack was a result of slamming the microwave forcibly which was totally untrue and stated they would have to

I didn't have too many issues while living in this community outside of the few of the gym fob not working, water being turned off every Wednesday for about a month straight, pool being closed several times. My real issues began when I moved out. I walked to the office to clear my account of all charges before my move (no final total was sent to me nor was it available on the payment portal despite a 60 day notice) and was given a final total. I paid that amount along with a late fee since I went to the office on the 6th (the only day I had available). A few weeks after I had move cross country

The property manager and all the young staff there lack experience and communication. They do not deliver accurate information to customer via phone or in person. They are very unprofessional. Property manager is a liars. Don't be full by their promotions and rate. That's how they get you to sign the contract. This apartment is full of roaches and when you move out, they will look for things to charge you. I don't need to call you guys to find solutions over the phone because you did not tried to resolve any issues I had with your apartment when I was present in your office. I would NOT recommend

I lived in this apartment complex off and on for 5 years. The previous owners were wonderful. Never had any issues when I moved out the first time. After it changed hands, there was a constant rent increase, an uncaring staff, and I was charged over $400 in move out fees because "I did not return the apartment exactly as I had found it"! There is always wear and tear on a place that you lived in for more than 3 years. I thought that's what a deposit was for? Nothing was broken or ruined beyond repair. Standard painting and carpet cleaning that happens every time you move out. I even got a charge

Great place to live. I ran the trails/sidewalks often and never felt unsafe. Neighbors were always friendly. I never had any issues with staff or maintenance. My unit didn’t have bugs. The community is pet friendly and people actually picked up after their pets. I didn’t rate it a 5 star because of the quality of the amenities. The gym is tiny yet efficient. The clubhouse TVs rarely worked and the space simply lacked appeal. Other than that my stay was great!

This is the 2nd time I attempted to go to the gym in the morning and it doesn't make sense how they give us our own key to use the gym but lock the doors behind us behind us anyways? Then there's also these valet trash ... it sometimes takes days or weeks for them to get our trash?! Why are we paying for all these extra fees for ? Can't use the gym ? Can't do your job taking out the trash?! And your website says 24 HR fitness center ? Uhmmm.. false advertisement!

When I came down to Raleigh to find a place to live, Rose Heights was the first place I looked at and I should've signed then and there because none of the other places I saw were as good. Emily, the leasing agent, could not have been more professional or helpful, all the way through my move - a delight to deal with! Since moving in I could not be happier... everyone is friendly, helpful and want to make your living experience the best. They are on top of repairs (I needed something fixed and it was done within 2 hours of mentioning it) and are proactive in maintaining the cleanliness of the

While the location is very good I have found the change in management has sent this apartment complex in a downhill spiral. The recently changed the parking policy where each resident received one ridiculously large and hideous parking sticker that we are now required to put on our cars. Each apartment is only allowed to have one guest parking pass. There have always been open parking spaces in this complex. Not sure why they have decided to change it. I tried reaching out both to manager@rhapartments.com and leasing@rhapartmnets.com as to questions to the parking policy but revived 0 response

While the complex is mostly clean, there is a huge problem with spiders and the leasing staff aren't as responsive to this matter as they should be. They recently changed the parking arrangements, terrible idea. The new parking arrangement only gives you 1 decal so if you have more than 1 car you run the risk of being towed. If you live with your significant other and they have a car, you run the risk of being towed. The initial fee is $80 and it goes up after 4. This is ridiculous!!

This complex is awesome. Emily is awesome and made my experience so positive. I had lots of questions and did not visit the location until I moved in. Others in the office are also wonderful and created an easy experience. Maintenance is timely and gets the job done accurately. I huge shout out to Emily who made my transition from OH to NC easy.

This community has lots of potential and looks to have the makings of luxury apartment on the exterior but that's where the good news ends. My wife and I relocated from Virginia Beach, Va with our twin girls back in April. Since we moved in we have put in several service request regarding water pressure amongst other issues. The water is a step better than dull trickle and is so bad the shower struggles to spray. The beautiful garden tubs which are lovely to bath in take approximately 30-45 min to fill to 3/4 full. Management has dismissed our complaint saying it's just an old building

Out of the 3 apartment complexes that I have lived in this was definitely my favorite!
Likes:
-Spacious and stylish one bedroom apartment
-Balcony was huge
-Stainless steel appliances and built-in microwave
-Washer and dryer included
-Maintenance was always quick to respond and resolved my requests
-Salt water pool
-Good location - right off of Glenwood
-Price
I had to hike up 54 steps since I lived on the "3rd" Floor, which was really the 4th Floor, but that kept me in shape!
I loved this apartment but the location was a bit far away for me so I moved.

I've lived here for over a year, been present during a change of management and have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Woodfield Glen apartments. The apartments are beautiful with very little noise, which is important for me since I enjoy working/studying at home. The management is super friendly and helpful and willing to share funny stories about living in the triangle. Two thumbs up.
