John, the property manager, was amazing. I signed up and chose my apartment from DC. He was the kindest man, and was courteous, he helped me so much in touring your apartments on FaceTime and made it all happen perfectly. I am so grateful having found this amazing upgraded beautiful property in the city I love so much.

Because I moved all the way from new Mexico left my apt and my elderly parents. and came to Laguna Beach they did not say one word to me till 3 days later they send me a letter saying the landlord was finished with the 30 year lease and Helping Seniors they put a hole in my heart REM group representative said she had no idea I don't believe her
