Great experience!! The apartments manager Elizabeth was very helpful and very nice and pleasant. She went out of her way to help us find an apartment for my family!!! Highly recommend Esperanza village!! It’s a great place to live and great management. Elizabeth always takes care of anything that goes wrong in the building very quickly.

Another terrible experience with Elizabeth who works in the office. She is very rude and arrogant. She is not very intelligent and I'm not trying to insult her, Im being honest when I say she seems to be clueless on how to manage apartments. We have had a really hard time the past few months. There hasn't been much work for my husband. We had 2 deaths in the family in the last month. We have fallen behind on rent. I sent my son to pay as much as we can at the moment and will have the remainder within the week. She laughed aty son because he did not have the full amount. And proceeded to tell him

I've been living here almost for a year. when I moved in, It was reasonable price even though there was issues time to time. but after they changed the owner the rent price is jacked up I see that they tried to fix the window and carpet. but for them to raise the rent almost over hundred dollar is insane especially not even remodeling one so I am consider to move out. hope they can boom the business well.

Their contracted tow company tried to tow my SUV for a flat. A truck parked next to mine that was shot up over 20x is still sitting in its same spot leaking fluids underneath my vehicle, making me nervous to start and move my own vehicle. Not even a notice on their window. I guess they pick and choose who adheres to which polices.

Price is to high for rent at this place. The amenities aren't up to date. Doesn't cater or take care of the military. Not allowed to park backwards if you wanted even though you pay rent. This is a place that went through hoops to deny addition to a lease with a resident already there, because the applicant was military, could not find anything wrong with credit, because they didn't want to honor it. Not worth it to live there.
