Very poor management
I have been unemployed for a long time, I went to the leasing office for breaking up my lease. I have been paying my rent since 9 months. Now I am not getting enough money and I am trying to break my lease. I paid my rent on time until the 9 months. The management told me that I have to pay two months fees of breaking the lease. I told them it's only 3 months left before my lease done. I asked for help, can I pay 1 month and leave but they refused to help. The utilities goes up to $100, you park your car outside without covered but you are going to pay $8 every month. This

I have lived in multiple apartment complexes throughout my life and Vista Park is by far the biggest group of criminals I have ever encountered. I could go on a list of 100+ reasons not to move here, but you can find that just scrolling through the other reviews here. Best advice I can give anybody is not to move here, unless you enjoy trash in your hallways and homeless people asleep in the stairwells. Would give negative stars if I could.

We are giving Vista Park a two and a half star review only because there is a major cockroach problem but for customer service for Natalie she gets a 5-star review because she helped us with the laundry card issue in the leasing office. Call main office if you have issues not corporate 🙂

The management and maintenance are amazing! I am low on income this month, and not only are they working with me regarding rent, they even got me some free cat litter when I ran out.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! Everything was going okay for the first couple of months that I moved here. This is my first apartment complex that I’ve been in. With that being said, my vehicle was parked on their property and my car was hit. No info left behind at all. I filed a police report and everything to receive the camera footage of the accident that happened on their property to give to my insurance company. I was told by the leasing office that they didn’t see anything on the camera footage. I contacted corporate and the regional manager and was told and I quote, “ our security cameras

Worst place I have ever lived. Everywhere is disgusting, including the appartment I moved into. Nothing was cleaned before move in, carpet was not replaced, walls were oozing with yellow drips from smokers. Homeless people sleeping in the hallways, leaving trash and harassing you. Kids are rude and loud and always pulling fire alarms. People never pick up after their dogs, and kids leave food and trash everywhere in the courtyards. Laundry rooms are disgusting and most appliances don't work. Had to call maintenance to fix reoccurring issues multiple times. (Meaning it was

Karina (corina) showed me the apartment. Looks like the fixtures were made back in the 1920s very very old stove and refrigerator she said everything was remodeled so the price had all of a sudden increased from $915 to about $1100 Within 15 minutes. She said if there is a credit score below 560 there would be an extra $300 risk fee. I told her I just came back from Afghanistan and was not able to keep up with my payments while I was there so my score was low

When she showed us the apartment she tapped the living room floor and said it was hardwood flooring... No... They are regular floorboards

Vista Park has been amazing. Ever since i moved in at the beginning of the year, they have worked very hard to improve the quality of living of us. The list of improvements goes on and on. Lynn is one of the most professional ladies I have had the pleasure of working with. I plan on being a resident at this lovely community for many years to come.

Don't move here. The new management doesn't care about the residents in the slightest bit. My building has never had locks on any of the doors to enter the building. There is constently broken glass doors (which are unlocked so its not someone breaking in just people destroying the glass). Currently both side doors of my building have broken glass doors and have been for almost 3 weeks. They changed the washers/dryers but also changed how to pay, but never notified me on how it works. I then found out how to get a new card, paid 5$ and there was only 3$ on the card. These are just some

If you like being called an f-ing old HONKEY! this is the place for You! I've lived here almost three years and initially it was all working class. Kids a little loud on rain days but nothing that couldn't be dealt with. In the last 6 months I'm not sure if Section 8 started coming in or what it was but there has been a definite decline in the class of people being allowed to move in. I have watched and photographed drug deals during broad daylight and most recently was walking my dog in what I thought was the safest place at 0240 and was wrong about that as I watched a female punk

I love my apartment and really dont have a problem with it this is mostly for management and spacifically the manager of the office... when my tags got stolen she didnt care what so ever but shes okay to tow my car every couple of weeks... im a struggling student and i dont have thousands of dollars its hard for me to keep up especially after breaking my ankle and being out of work for two months... im just now getting back to work and starting to catch up.

Save yourself a huge headache ... STAY AWAY!! The apartment management team is fantastic however, they are powerless to do anything substantial. The Echelon Management Group that HAS the ability to rectify things doesn't even bother to call you back. They have a temp answering their phones and admitted that the staff doesn't come in the office and she frequently bears the brunt of people's frustrations. The best answer upper management has is ... "I don't know". That's in response to when the "FREE" Internet will be repaired. I've lived here for
