I never care to write reviews but this apartment complex and it’s property manager earned it! If I could rate them ZERO stars I would!
I highly suggest YOU DON’T move here! I PROMISE you’ll regret it, especially if you have kids. Upon move out, you’ll be charged for “dirt” left on sink seen in photos.
They’ll find ways to take all your deposits &add more “stuff”. It is not worth the monthly rent you are going to be charged! There are much nicer apartments within this price range!
I am beyond infuriated with this apartment complex and the disrespect and rudeness of it’s property

I moved here in November and have actually enjoyed it idk what all the fuss is about my apartment is really nice. There were a few things that were not cleaned when I moved/cracks and other stuff that I hope they don’t try to charge me for when I move out. The only thing I don’t like is it has this funny cat smell that never goes away no matter what I do I hate hate cats and it really bothers me. Parking sucks!! Other than that I have enjoyed living here especially being on the 3rd floor and I can watch the sunset everyday 😍

I do not recommend living at these apartments. It doesn’t make you feel like home. They lie when they are giving you information about the building and it’s parking. I could never invite friends or family for dinners because there was never any parking available at any time of the day and it would take a minimum of 30-45minutes to hopefully find parking. I have never had such a horrible experience with apartments. I regret signing a lease for a year. Now that I have left, I’m sure I probably won’t get my deposit, either. This place is not worth it for the money your paying and for the problems

I 110% do not recommend living here. If I could rate this place a -5 stars out of 5 I truly would. If you want your money taken from you at astronomical amounts and never really having any relief then this is the place for you. They lie, they have no communication between each other which makes it truly hard to figure out anything that’s going on, they are extremely rude and passive aggressive. Living here has deteriorated my mental health more than this pandemic. I could sit here and list every single problem I’ve had here sit the DAY we moved in but honestly that would be a novel. I can not

Overall I would not recommend that anyone lives here. Cons are very expensive and far outweigh the pros.
Pros: The front office staff is friendly and kind. The move in process was smooth as was the move out process. I have insomnia and was having trouble with my upstairs neighbors, and their 24-hour security helped me out. Every work order I put in was taken care of very quickly.
Cons: I can’t stress this enough. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CAR. Don’t do it. They did not build enough parking. I routinely had to park on 101st Ave out back because my roommate parked in our

I have lived at the Villas for six months and love it here. Unfortunately i/m having to move due to health conditions. The Ladies in the office have been the greatest. I personally have had no bad experiences as others have stated. Going to miss this place.
A special thanks to Tre, Ashley, and Nikkie, for all of your r help during my stay.
Sincerely,
