To Start off First, Aaliyah made me speechless on how professional she was (Leasing). She was super attentive and also answered all my questions before move-in. She also helped us figure out all paperwork and made the process very easy. If you were to move into Cyan, I would definitely recommend utilizing her. Thank you so Much again Aaliyah for being Awesome.

I knew someone who lived in this building. I want a second place, closer to the city. Although the property post nice pictures, (professionals), I will not be considering this place. I look at the residents pictures. (Filthy) I account for how they feel. From the frequent breakins due to them not properly securing the building, I will spare myself. Those ppl PAY for certain things, and I'm sure they aren't refunded when they don't have what they pay for, I.e. cleanliness, security, etc. This property would have to see my lawyers if it were me! Ridiculous management!

I've been here for a year now. I love it mainly due to the location to all things. I'm a NYer so I enjoy walking. I appreciate the Conceirge team, they're always kind and friendly to me. They call me by name each and every time and don't make me feel like I'm a pest. Management team on the other hand are quiet and don't speak. I've only had interactions with Keirra and Niecy and they have both been friendly. I can't speak for the others. You don't have to wait long when you're need of maintenance, they come and get the job done. So far I am enjoying

Im sure we can all agree that all these 5 star reviews are mostly from people coming on a tour, they know nothing about what it’s really like to live here. The break ins are every month, leasing is very much aware but seem do nothing. Boots are constantly being put on residents who pay their monthly parking. It’s truly sad, I don’t see this building getting better w/o a replacement for a new property manager.

This apt complex only cares about MONEY. They don’t care if you’re dissatisfied as a resident. Besides two female front desk workers, I don’t get a friendly nor warm vibe from the staff. They also have some of the most low down people living here and got the nerve to act all uppity. The garage gate is always open for any one to drive in, and I’m constantly finding trash on my balcony. There’s also low life tenants that don’t have nothing else to do with their time besides harass other tenants. They’re lucky I value my freedom because I’m the type to take it all the way there. I

She helped me with a lock out situation a few times back. She is very patient and amazing. Thank you.
I come back downstairs moments later once I’m settled and see's Trensett ( concierge manager ) on the shift and her attitude is felt as I turn the corner. No greetings or no interaction !! Smh Cyan !! Will not be renewing my lease.

Ew, please do a better job at hiring concierge service. The black lady with the short hair who worked on august 4 2021 , 12:33 pm was extremely rude to myself as well as someone else who was waiting.
I understand the dire situation of covid, but if you aren't OFFERING MASKS then there shouldn't even be a million signs in the lobby saying you aren't permitted to be there, and I actually am pro - mask. However, it's very weird that she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence or speak simply off the strength of me not having a mask.
Then had a whole attitude with a gentleman

Went in today for a tour and Teon was AMAZING! All of my questions were answered and I'm applying today! He was very patient and made sure that he answered everything for me. Overall he's a great leasing agent.
This is an updated review. Since touring the apt, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I've spoke with several off site reps. They say they have contacted the complex on every occasion and I have yet to hear back. It's been almost 1 week and still no contact. This has now turned into a horrible experience especially since I'm on a crunch for time.

Here's my 6 month update on Cyan at Peachtree. Still a great location. Near by literally everything you need. However, the managing staff and concierge service is still HORRIBLE. We had several packages delivered while vacationing, and even after speaking with concierge TWICE they still managed to either send back packages and misplaced them.
So in addition to everything else- you can't get packages delivered here without them misplacing or sending back without your knowledge. This is a HORRIBLE place for those of you who depend on package delivery. FYI.

Cyan on Peachtree. Lets start from the beginning. Trying to move into this place was a nightmare they were very slow and never return calls or emails. All the apartments got leased up so quick and the leasing staff were very unaccommodating with the process. I felt like they didnt want us to move in to begin with, I should have listen. Now Ive been here for 7 months and paying nearly $3k a month for this is not acceptable. They dont allow guest to come with you to the gym, they boot your guest and your own car constantly (which is $75 everytime), 90% of the amenities we pay for have been closed

I was completely confused by the "manager" on duty today. She explained residents weren't allow to have "guest" due to the virus while TELLING THE ONLY BLACK RESIDENT THEY COULDNT BE AT THE POOL. No notice or explanation as to the new policy. I had my 6 year old son with me and when she said she called the police (then 2 secs later said never mind I didn't cause she knew she was foul for telling a 6year old the cops were coming) that was when I asked her to check herself cause the person I was with past 2000+ dollar to live there and we were doing anything but letting

ATTENTION SINGLE WOMEN: This is NOT A SAFE BUILDING! I've been here over a year and have experienced, numerous car break ins and theft, kidnappings (yep, tied up people and everything!), the "security gate" is consistently broken, door knock break ins.... the list goes on! Security is a joke and seemingly may be being paid to allow the criminal element in. If you're in danger, they are useless. The leasing office seems to know and does not care.

The customer service here has been great! I am moving from Dallas with my girlfriend and our miniature golden doodle. Joshua has been more than helpful with everything from our lease agreement to helping our movers with the logistics. When we arrive all of our our furniture will be in our apartment !

If you are considering moving in at Cyan, please listen to all the negative reviews mentioned before. They are all true. We are temporarily in Atlanta and have been living at Cyan for 2 years now and experienced it all first hand. We really regret, that we didn't check the reviews prior to moving in. Now we are about to leave Atlanta so it's too late to move.
To add to the reviews before, this apartment building is not secure at all. Just today an email about alleged burglary in 5 Apartments came in. How is this possible? Well I have a guess, since we almost daily meet people inside
