2,700 years ago it was commonly known that one's training, not their hopes or dreams, defined their level of performance. Fast forward to today, and whether it be in a relationship, training for an ultra-marathon race, trading the stock market, launching a new business, losing 25 pounds, or simply touching your toes, there is still no shortcut to success - save for good planning and hard work.
So, if you don't have the necessary skills required to accomplish your dreams, maybe it's time to find someone to help, someone who will illuminate your blind spots and guide you to strengthen your weaknesses, someone who will not only ask the right questions, but also have the right answers.

I grew up in a loving household on the East Coast and was given all of the best educational opportunities. I tried my hand at many professions, including Finance and Sales, and participated at a high level. But I have been a seeker since I can remember, and my seeking always nudged me off the traditional path, until seeking became my path.
You may be planning for retirement, in the midst of a career change, or developing the next big thing. And in order to achieve your goals, there will surely be times when you need objective direction, accountability and perspective. Behind every successful athlete is a great coach. Behind every entrepreneur a Board of Directors.
Retirement is an incredibly new phenomenon, given wings by President Franklin D. Roosevelt's 1935 Social Security Act which made workers pay for their own old-age insurance with the hope that the final phase of life be dominated by leisure and paid for by savings and benefits accumulated in the employment phase of life.
My philosophy on teaching yoga is most aligned with T.K.V. Desikachar, who says in yoga, the purpose is to bring some change, and the teacher is the reference point. There is no yoga between one and a million; yoga is between two, the teacher and the student.
Yoga was my very first introduction onto what I would call the spiritual path, and I continue to hold such high regard for how, through the body, one can gain great clarity about all of life.To this day it remains one of my favorite life tools to share with others. Historically yoga was only shared between one teacher and one student.

Over the years, my search was incredibly varied, and along the way I experimented with many, many tools. The list below is quite distilled, and only includes those resources that get to the heart of the human condition and our unnecessary struggle. I hope they give to you as much comfort, peace and clarity as they have given me.

This review comes from the heart.
I have learned more about myself, my body, yoga, and the importance of breath as a student of Lee's in the past couple of months than I have in hundreds of hours of traditional group yoga classes over the years. (And those group classes were top notch!) Lee is highly intuitive and seems to always know exactly what I need when I need it yet he doesn't take himself too seriously. He has the unique skill of knowing when to push and when to be gentle... and always takes the time to learn about what's going on in my life and teaches accordingly. He is

Lee is an incredibly intelligent individual who uses his keen intuition to move your yoga practice to a whole mind/body exercise. Lee has a vast bag of tools to offer all forms of physically and mentally stuck energy. His expertise are unique which enable him to customize a practice that is truly designed for you.

Lee has been my private yoga instructor for almost a year. I was not enthusiastic about yoga when i first started out, but Lee proved to me how AMAZING yoga can be and I am a total convert. Lee challenges me at every session and I always end up in a better mindset than I started out. I also have been seeing mental and physical results, which are such an incentive for me to continue with Lee and make progress in my learning.
