Terrible apartments!!!!. Don’t waste your time or money!!. These apartments are the worst, they will turn off your Air conditioner when they know is going to be hot!!!. They will shut off your water out of nowhere because of “repairs”. There’s never hot water in these apartments. Please look into other apartments ! Don’t live here!

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone by far the worse experience I’ve had living anywhere when I first moved in at the beginning of February I was giving a form of things that I would want fixed in the apartment it’s now almost July no one showed up 😐 they have swamp coolers so if you like cold air not the place for you I’ve had a clogged toilet which has been that way for 2 weeks called and left a message about that nobody came 😐 I’ve seen with my own eyes there maintenance worker cutting new carpet for an apartment on the ground outside 😐 they are ultimate scam artist

Great Staff!! Great floor plans!! Spacious and affordable!! The look of these apartments are what attracted me to move-in! I love the new modern vibe inside and out with the whites and grays!! Super pretty The girls in the office were super helpful and answered all my questions!! I am very pleased and satisfied! I completely recommend La Privada!

If I could give this apartments a 0 I would. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have been living in this apartments for only one year and thank goodness I'm leaving. The did not even take the time to Inform me that I would not be able to renew my lease until I called in to let the know I will be leaving 1 month prior to my lease ending. After that to top it all of they said they would give me an extra 15 days yet no paperwork was signed and they are demanding their rent. The are so cheap had to call so many times to get a new fridge because the last was stabbed with a pen and didn't even work

WORST place to live in, they have a pest problem in a lot of the units the manager confirmed it herself. Air doesn’t work at all it only cools if you stand right on the vent.Water is not always hot/warm so I be taking cold showers. They turn off the water constantly to “fix it”. Pipes have an unpleasant smell. Lady’s in office are nice & supposedly help you but really don’t help at all. Rent is way to high you don’t get what you pay for....not worth wasting you time in this place.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would.
The management is absolutely horrible. We had to call to ask them to fix our window screen one day because it kept falling out every time we tried to open the window, and they *screwed the window shut*. We didn't have hot water for nearly 6 months despite numerous complaints from our building, yet it wasn't until we had to get a petition together before they finally did anything about that, and once they started that it took them almost 5 months to actually get it fixed.
And they will screw you over. We told them multiple times
