Our Mission at Gifford Fitness is to provide people the care, love and respect that they need to be the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This requires the highest level of coaching and engagement possible, and we will develop and empower our staff members as such. Gifford Fitness started in the spring of 2016 in a Lino Lakes garage with a small group of members committed to health, fitness, fun, and a positive environment.
Personal Training - If you're looking to get the most out of your health and fitness, look no further than Personal Training! Personalized development, unique schedules, sport-specific training, physical limitations and special needs as well as specific skill development are just a few of the many reasons we prescribe clients choose to work individually with a coach.
I came to Gifford Fitness looking for a coach that could help me work through an old shoulder injury. Nick (the Owner) and the rest of the staff were so great in providing modifications that worked for me and ensuring that I always got to do an equally tough workout. I've gained a lot of strength and flexibility in the last year and have gotten to the point where I rarely need modifications anymore.
We have a 3 step process to getting involved with Gifford Fitness. Our first step is a free private consultation where we get to know you, what you're looking for, and what your goals are. We'll go through a simple baseline workout to see how you move, and give you a brief idea of what it is like to work with us.
Prospective members schedule a 45 minute Free Help Session where they sit down with a coach, discuss their goals, health and fitness history, what's worked, what hasn't as well as learn more about our programs. Then, we'll go through a short workout (optional) to move around and see what we're working with.

An incredible space and community with some of the best coaches in the CrossFit community. Accessible for all levels of fitness, an array of class options and personalized focus on each client.
I came in not realizing it was CrossFit and honestly may have avoided it had I realized it only because not.knowing CrossFit, I made it something I wasn't ready for. I'm not athletic, I was never really consistent with the gym and even when I did go I was on a treadmill for thirty minutes and that's it. The only thing I truly run is my mouth so imagine my surprise that I not only showed up to this place

I would (& have!) recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new place for fitness. I stumbled across Gifford Fitness a year & a half ago and can't see myself stopping any time soon. Prior to attending here, I had gone to every gym imaginable - big box, local, boxing, other CrossFit gyms - but the experience & community at Gifford is by far the best. The community is welcoming and supportive and all that Nick and the rest of the staff did for us during quarantine was absolutely incredible. Nick is always looking for ways to make the gym better & our community stronger (& not just in terms of fitness

I joined Gifford Fitness 6 months ago. I was looking for a gym that would challenge me as an athlete, as well as provide a positive and supportive community environment. Gifford Fitness has far exceeded my expectations. Coach Nick is not only very knowledgable, but he's able to personally relate to each member wherever they're at. I'm in better shape than I've been in 15 years, and I'm looking forward to continued improvement. Plus, I'm having a blast! Working out with great people and a great coach is a lot of fun.

Gifford Fitness is a welcoming place to people at any stage of their fitness journey. I have worked with Nick, the head coach, at many points in my fitness journey. He has tailored workouts around my individual needs when I came back from a back injury (unrelated to the gym) and helped me rehabilitate my back to the point where I am almost completely pain free. I have also worked extensively with Nick to lose over 30 lbs in a healthy and sustainable way. I have improved greatly from his coaching and guidance. He is also excellent at athletic development. Nick helped develop me from a mediocre athlete

Gifford Fitness is more than just a gym. It is an open, welcoming group of everyday people who aspire to get better, together. I have been with this gym since it opened and I attend both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting classes here 3-4 times per week. Under Coach Nick, I have learned and improved so much since I started. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and patience have inspired me to make huge changes and has had a huge positive impact on my life.
