Dress comfortable for your appointment. We will discuss your forms and any specialty concerns as well as conduct a postural analysis. At your appointment, you and your instructor will discuss your health history and dig into your individual experience with exercise.
Then, a postural analysis is conducted to increase awareness of any strength and/or structural imbalances (to make sure unique tools specific to your body are provided in future sessions or classes). There is also light movement to see how you align and respond to verbal and tactile cueing. It's very insightful for both you and your instructor!

Designed programs developed to address the physiological changes that happen through all of the stages of pregnancy and after. We focus on developing support through these changes instead of battling them. Our programs educate each woman on their changing body, focus on movements that prepare women for childbirth, recovery, and the fitness challenges postpartum.
Apparatus refers to use of the large pieces of Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, tower, cadillac, arc, & ladder barrel). These classes are small in size (up to 6 students). A consultation and some experience on apparatus is required before joining a class. Mixed Apparatus and Reformer are examples of apparatus classes.
Private sessions provide the most personalized instruction. This 55 minute session is dedicated specifically to your needs and geared towards your goals. Individual Pilates is intended for the individual. Your instructor prepares a total body Pilates workout with the intention of providing you with stronger tools to build a better you.

Working out at St Paul Pilates for years has been one of the best decisions I've made. Natalie and all the other instructors I've experienced are terrific, they know how to design workouts to your needs and introduce interesting tweaks. Besides known for their tremendous skills, they are wonderful human beings, full of compassion and love.

I haven't missed a day of work since I started seeing Natalie and doing pilates 5 years ago. She was like the user's manual I never got with my human body. She pushed me just the right amount and not too much. Pilates has a gracefulness to it that makes it easier to do than most other fitness classes I have taken.

I was about 7 weeks pregnant when i met Natalie. I was just done with a 4 month physical therapy for my back pain. tried prenatal yoga at a difference place, and my back got worse. After private classes with her, my back felt its best in years. my pain was gone and i had a wonderful pregnancy, labor experience. now, we are focusing on my postpartum recovery and people tell me I look great and ask me how i did it. In addition, my husband had phy. the. for his knee. She helped him more than the phy. therapist did. My mother has a million problems with her knee. She will eventually need surgery, but
