Upon graduating from North Charleston High, Tommy dreamed of attending the Citadel. Circumstances and love of country instead found him joining the U.S. Army. He proudly served eight years centered around his time in the Gulf War. Juggling a full time career and his role as an active dad, Tommy achieved his goal, graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel upon his return.
Tommy Broach Jr. brings over 20 years of experience in property management to Sterling Place Properties. As an owner of rental properties himself, he understands that your rental property is a major asset. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They have horrible customer service and the only good thing about them is that they had a place we could rent. We did not know how bad they were until we signed the paperwork. It took them over 1 year to get us the pool key so we were never able to use the pool. When we moved in there was overgrowth on the back porch with a small tree and shrubs. We informed them and they said they would take care of it. We then got charged $75 by the HOA for having this growth that was there before we moved in. Sterling Place says that is is our problem and not theirs and that we have

When it rained outside the water came in the house and flooded the house out! Huge hole in laundry room ceiling was never fixed and let’s not forget the kicker the house was infected with rats! When we complained we were told we could break the lease but the problem was never fixed or even worked on. Then they told us if we never complained we could’ve stayed and if we paid her $1,000 we could stay as if we were going to live in conditions like that! Horrible place to live they are slumlords! If this is the last place to rent from DON’T DO IT!!
