Andre has been over to our apartment to deal with everything from lightbulb issues to the washing machine not working. He is always extremely professional and fixes everything quickly and properly. Definitely the best property management maintenance personnel I've ever dealt with!

Everyone at New Heights has been extremely helpful to both my wife and I during the moving process. They have been responsive and professional every step of the way. Amanda was super communicative and profesional. They can handle everything for you but they are also flexible if you want to take care of a few things yourself. I really liked that. It was an easy process because of her and her team. We are so happy we chose them and our property is rented already! Only took a couple days to find a good tenant!

I’ve been a tenant with this company since June and they have been awesome about all my issues. The new property maintenance guy, Andre, has always been going above and beyond to fix anything that my house needed fixed. He’s very quick and efficient and accommodating with my working hours. He even helped me put up my Christmas lights because I didn’t have a good ladder.
Also my property manager. Anna Cogdill, is great. We had some pests issues in the house and she too did everything in her power to get the issue addressed right away. They’re great and I had an awesome experience with them

I have just moved into a property managed by this company and I have to say that so far the experience has been WONDERFUL!! The rental process was so easy compared to other companies I've dealt with in the past. Lisa is so professional and very friendly! She keeps you updated and is great at getting back to you in a timely manner. I've needed a repair in the home already and it was handled immediately.
