DO NOT LIVE HERE - Leasing and Property management is discriminatory and you will never receive your deposit!
I lived here over 5 years due to convenient location for my job. When I went to move out, the leasing office made false claims and charges against me. In addition to not receiving my security deposit, I was also charged for items that were reasonable wear and tear of 5 years+ living in the same unit.
Furthermore, I was charged $50.00 for "Parking Pass Not Returned". The leasing office does NOT offer formal parking passes. Instead, they give you a generic sticker written with permanent

My name is Malik i am current resident at 1019 unit C also i am going to attached lease agrement for those who dont believe.
My experience with Carlyle Court was extremely awful.
1. There's Mold i call them many many time but no one care and maintenance service is worst.
2. Then we decided to move out .
3. I applied for residency at new place they called and sent them email for my renting verification history but i was refused just because these people do not wanted to verify my renting history.
4. I went to their office to let them know that i can sighn for renting disclosure

I was looking for an AFFORDABLE place to rent after my situation changed and also close to work. Carmel is way too expensive, so I found this little gem. Although apts. are older and a bit on the small side, they are well maintained and the office staff is very helpful and responds to requests quickly. The pool area is very nice and there are lots of greenspaces to walk a dog etc. My unit is tiny, but have a very nice patio and feel safe here. My only real complaint is the parking spaces are extremely small and my car has been dented quite a few times. Otherwise, highly recommend this quiet

I went to their website to look at floor plans and availability since my lease is due to expire soon. My daughter and I walked into the office and was met by a very cold unfriendly woman who looked at me and replied "What do you need?" Not Hello or how may I help you. I proceeded to tell her I was interested in viewing a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. She asked how soon I wanted to move and when I told her she replied " I won't have anything until November" even though I had already seen on their website that they had a unit available beginning 8/7, I then proceeded to tell her I would still like

The office staff is always extremely courteous and professional. They made moving in easy. The upkeep with the landscaping and parking lot outside is great, and they maintain the apartments inside just as well. I haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing any maintenance issues, but I’m sure their maintenance team is just as top notch.

Carlyle Courts is a great place to live. The apartments are well equipped and regularly maintained by friendly staff. They are nicely situated mid-way between Carmel and Broad Ripple but with Nora and everything you need on your doorstep. There is great access to I-465, being minutes from the Meridian intersection to the West and Keystone to the East. 👍

Good price for the area and amenities, but do not expect any leniency from management.
I was happy with the size and cleanliness of my apartment. I had quiet neighbors and appreciated the appliances included (dishwasher, oven and stove top, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer). I also liked all of the adult trees that helped with privacy.
After losing my job along with many others in 2020, I thought I would try and apply for the Indianapolis Rental Assistance Program. I communicated this with the front office, and they stated that their corporate office does not allow them to sign any papers

Below average experience at Carlyle. Had many communication issues with apartment management. Had thousands of gnats when I moved in and dealt with carpet beetles (gross) the entire time I lived there.
The pool wasn’t usable the majority of the time I lived here and when comparing my apartment with friends who lived in the area in similar apartments I was left feeling like I did not have as nice of an apartment or as good of an experience as they had.

I had applied to live here back in September - application money and down payment to hold the apartment was taken and processed. I was called and told everything was approved and I was good to go a couple days later. About a month later I called to find out what my address was and to my shock was told I wasn't in their system and they didn't have an apartment for me. A lot of back and forth phone calls occurred and I was told that the girl that I originally worked with was saying I called and cancelled. To make a long story short the only thing they were offering to do since the original

1. The price, at $960 a month, is very high for very old, poorly maintained apartments that has constant problems with burglaries. The apartment made my girlfriend sick for two weeks and we had to deep clean all of the dust, mold, and microbes that were allowed to fester, when we first moved in. She didn't start feeling better until we cleaned it. A checklist was filled out that addressed these problems, and was ignored.
2. There was an unresolved water pressure problem that we've been complaining about since we've moved in. I got tired of taking showers in a trickle and finding

I have lived here for the better part of 7 years, so I would like to clear the air a bit on the other reviews shown on Google Maps.
Cons:
- Small parking spaces, even for small cars.
- Old appliances, fixtures, windows, etc.
- Not "fancy" looking.
Pros:
- Honestly great maintenance staff now that they have gotten better people in. They do prioritize maintenance issues based on severity when they are understaffed, but in general, things are taken care of when needed.
- When my very old microwave gave out, they replaced it with a brand new one.
- Great value for the size of the apartment
