Newsome Homes, and property manager Melody Condor in particular, are horrible to do business with. Maintenance is useless. Appliances break down constantly and never get repaired or replaced. Storms caused water damage to ceiling, never fixed. Terrible building, terrible management. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid like the plague.
