This is my first apartment and I just moved in a few weeks ago. Eva helped me through the application process and answered all my questions. I have also had issues with hot water the past week but they have been sending emails and sending updates. I even went in there and asked for other updates and Bianca was very apologetic and assured me they were fixing it. I have referred my friends to live here bcuz it’s a great location and i love my apartment. Maintenance is also fast and nice.

Where should I start? When dealing with reasonable requests, the manager's response is always "that's apartment living." Water leaks happen in the apartment above during construction? That's apartment living. Water bills increase due to water leaks due to construction? Rodent and roach infestations happen because the cabinet next to the dishwasher opens up to all adjoining units? That's apartment living. Loud noises 2-3 times a day coming from pipes in another unit? You guessed it! Tenant's responsibility.

I'm unable to set an appointment through the link I got why I was on hold & I've called more than a dozen times to set an appointment and no response. The number I was told to text doesn't respond back. Honestly, what type of business are y'all running where someone can’t get a hold of your front office ? Do better.

I spoke with a rep at the towing company and she told me they've tried contacting your office via call/ email to see if my car was registered before even towing since it had a 2020 sticker and got NO response on whether my car was registered or not.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. I can say that overall it is not a bad place to live. The rent is good for the area. The staff is very courteous and professional. I have never had an issue finding parking or getting maintenance. The only downside was some aspects of the home and at times the apartment community.

I’ve been searching for an apartment in the Dallas area for close to 2 months now. After experiencing many (and I mean many) less than satisfactory calls/tours with apartments in the area, I was pleasantly surprised with this complex. I called Aberdeen today and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with April’s customer service! She answered every question I had, was very transparent about all the fees necessary, and even got me in for a tour this week.

Worst apt EVER! Bugs, bugs bugs and management is us against them. I was sexually assaulted several years ago but it was on the side walk and they said it was t on their property. They keep removing my posts if I happens again, they will go to court. I knocked on the apt above me as my bathroom was flooding and maintenance had not come yet. The cockroach problem in our apartment was quite annoying. The maintenance crew just let's themselves in when they make their rounds. In addition, the parking lot outside my apartment flooded EVERY TIME it rained!!!! The parking lot was down-sloping and lacked draining altogether. There was one time I went knocking on all of my neighbor's doors because the front of a car was almost full submerged during a thunderstorm. Pretty much the only thing wrong with this place are the bugs. No matter how many times we called pest control (which only comes on Thursdays and Fridays) they never stopped. They were huge and small, and mainly in the kitchen- though ive had them in my room a few times. Maintenance had to be called out a few times for the air conditioning when we first moved in and sometimes the customer service wasn't great (over the phone)-- which btw if you need anything done just go into the office. don't call, they never answer. It was a good learning experience for first time renters, however

I had 3 females walk up to me, hit on me like hookers, I politely said I wasn't interested and just wanted to go home, the girl behind me, unprovoked, sprated PEPPER SPRAY right in my face for NO reason and then all 3 girls LAUGHED as they ran away and I was in Agony. Yelling for help for 15 minutes, no security guard. All I did was step out of my car and say "no thanks" to their advances and I get this.

Lived here for a year and never looked back. This complex is a hot mess. It's management in all honesty. For the age and the price the apartments are decent. I never encountered bugs or rats but I am also super paranoid and make sure the food is never left out. While living at Aberdeen, I faced several issues that truly left me disappointed in the complex and are the reason as to why I chose to not renew. My car got towed even though I had a temporary sticker (was using a rental due to an accident) management was like "oh that sucks", super professional. I had my roof leaking in

My family and I just moved into our second apartment on this property & for the last 3 months we've had flooding in our home when it rains. They've came out twice and said that it's fixed yet we still get rain pouring in. I emailed someone two weeks ago to follow-up and no reply. In addition to this, we've never ever had screen windows that fully fit our windows since we've moved in. They were bent and damaged when we moved in and they said they'd fix it and never did. This place is super unorganized and flakey. Not to mention that the mold that's growing

I have been a resident for a full year. I feel like this property lacks a lot of things.
The first few months seemed okay with neighbors that all changed when I was woken up (6am) by loud yelling from a couple who had an affair going on, ended with police showing up.
Then not to mention how the residents that don't have reserved parking will still park in your parking space. FRUSTRATING!
I've also submitted a service request twice that was completed but didn't last and ended up off the hinges (sliding closet door) again.
Location is cool but I wouldn't be able to recommend

I've lived in the Bellmar apartments for about two months now and I couldn't be happier. Units are reasonably priced with stainless steel appliances. Everyone on the staff has been incredibly helpful. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. I'm a frequent Amazon shopper and on the off chance that a package has been left on my doorstep, I've had no issues. I can't say the same about my last apartment in Dallas. Elisa in the office was one of the friendliest people that I've met in a decade of apartment living. She was so helpful, from my first call to move-in day

I moved here because it was one of the most affordable in the area and seemed to have been newly renovated (at the time my apartment was $875 for a single unit ~summer 2017). It was once I started living there, however, that I realized the renovations weren't quite as good as I thought. They painted over the bathroom sink which continued to chip throughout my time living there, they painted over the ceiling fan and all of its dust, and there were speckles of paint all over the floor. I was very open when I moved in that I have read reviews and, although I understand that people only come online to complain when they don't get their way, I do not do bugs - I will break my lease and never look back. If I could give it a -0 review I would. I'm sitting in this apartment with my face covered because my there is smoke billowing into my apartment. The office does not care. And the only time I've seen that guy who likes comment all the time was one week end. When I asked him a question he said he didn't work at the office.
