Our founder and C.E.O., J. Lloyd Keith pioneered the FULL-SERVICE TEAM MANAGEMENT PLAN, which delivers the most comprehensive and personalized management solutions. I just read a reply from your office to a review posted by my son. I'd like to expound on this review.
In 2007, my son Scott purchased a house for me in Stoneybrook at Venice, so technically, he is the homeowner and is certainly a resident, nonetheless.
On April 30, 2020, we had intruders enter our development and come to our home. He called the clubhouse inquiring about this outrageous breach of security. A woman named Sharon started laughing about the situation, so Scott got upset.
What if these people meant us harm and shot my son as he answered the door?

I have a friend who has been a real estate developer for over 30 years. He told me, "Lighthouse Property Management is the bottom of the barrel."
And after interacting with their representatives at the clubhouse in Stoneybrook at Venice, I wholeheartedly agree.
I was lied to in order to pacify me, more than once.
If your HOA is considering hiring Lighthouse?

I've never ever heard of this kind of treatment of tenants! Fines, threatening with lawyers who do these people think they are? The MOB! I won't do work with this treatment of my customers! Start changing your management business or you won't have business! It forced my customer to move! Lakeside plantation villas needs a new management company and to remove the board members for harassing their own neighbors! 1000 dollar fine for tile that was not seen from the street.

I am posting this review on all offices because they are all one company. Whenever I have had an issue with anything concerning lighthouse, they have been helpful and courteous. They go the extra mile to make sure that my issue is resolved, which is really nice considering they are not my HOA or Board of Directors, but the management company! Thanks everyone!

This company is wonderful if you are ok with waiting 2-3 days to have calls returned, enjoy using an inferior website and love sub par customer service. Poor customer service make them difficult to deal with as a property owner that is managed by them. Pardon the sarcasm but you get the point !!! Not recommended

I find the staff at Lighthouse Property Management have entitlement issues that think they can harass tenants that have been on the premises longer than Lighthouse has been managing. They are requesting information that has already been given to the previous Property management group which goes against the privacy act. They are threatening fines to owners and evictions of established tenant, just because they don't have a professional association with the previous Management group and can't get a copy of the records that have been supplied to them over the years. Why should we have to supply social
