Stephanie is co-owner of Home & Condo Rentals, Inc. and has held a Florida Real Estate license since 1993. Stephanie's pas experience has been collections with Chase Leasing, bookkeeper with property management company. Stephanie also has extensive computer training and does some consulting for a property management software company.

This is a personal decision. We have dealt with Section 8 housing in the past so if you have questions on anything, please call and we can answer any/all of them. We are licensed and insured. With the exception of two of our administrative staff, everyone in our office is a licensed real estate agent in the state of FL.
If it's an emergency you can call the emergency line at 941-650-8107, otherwise all routine business will be dealt with during business hours. No, as your hired management company we will sign and take care of that paperwork; a notice of rental will be mailed or emailed once deposit is made. Beau and Darrell have been really great to work with. We have worked with a few property rental companies in the past and this team definitely has a higher level of professionalism than most. Plus, they are a small family run business so you get the added benefit of a personal touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property manger.

My first ever google review. Agree with all of the negative comments below. Rented from H&C for 18 months. As others point out, Stephane and Beau are both condescending and a terrible communicators and do not return phone calls for days/weeks. At moveout, the instructions say not to repair nail holes in the contract as they are normal, then charged us for hanging 3 total pictures in a 2000 sq ft house. Paid for carpets to be cleaned only to have owners change the carpet as planned because H&C would not return calls. Charged us for the interior of one drawer being slightly worn in a kitchen built

Having Home & Condo available to look after our condo when we're not there and make all arrangements for seasonal rentals has been a godsend. It's like having a close relative down the street to come in and water your plants while you're away. (We don't have any plants to water, but you get the idea.) They take care of the tenants too, providing a detailed questionnaire after each stay and giving us suggestions on how to improve (new bedspread, TV in bedroom, etc.) They take care of our home-away-from-home both for us and for our tenants.

Preparation for incoming tenant is very poor. Property is not inspected prior to occupation to insure maintenance problems are addressed or that cleaning meets basic level. kitchen is very poorly equipped, and linens and towels are old and frayed. comforters are unwashed and smell used and musty. Maintenance response is good and folks are friendly but tenants are in a position to have maintenance crews in and out during stay. After many years of using the service, we are tired of the problems and have found a lovely place for a better price.

Lived in property for year and a half. They did not maintain property. Manager was very angry that the house had issues after not repairing the issue on the 5 th time. He told me to F off. We did not have hot water. We had to heat water on stove to bath my 3yr old .This went on for around a year. They believed this to be normal and acceptable. I would look at other property management or landlords before you settle. I would have rated at 0 stars, it was not an option.
