I rented from Compass Property Management for 3 years. I worked with Mike Schultz in particular and he was amazing always on top of his game very kind and professional and easy to reach . Whenever I would put in a call for Maintenance (which for SOME reason always happened on weekends of course) he would always get back to me within an hour, and the issue would be fixed immediately. The property was always taken care of. Being a single mother of two he made it very comfortable and easy for me. When I outgrew the property I was disappointed I couldn’t rent from them again as they are so amazing

I really enjoyed working with Compass in handling the rental of my recently purchased condo in Venice. The marketing material quickly located a good tenant and issues that needed to be addressed were quickly handled after consultation with me. I really liked the on-line portal and the use of electronic documents which I found extremely convenient. So all-in-all Compass is a great company for your property management needs.

I was super nervous about trusting the care of my million dollar home to someone I didn't know, I met Mike and he instantly put me at ease and patiently walked through everything involved with me until I was comfortable. Wow!! What an amazing company! The staff is exceptional they were able to help myself as well as others whom I have referred to them since my experience with them. Jeremy and his staff made my transitioning process a breeze. I highly recommend Compass Property Management. I have had such an excellent entry into the world of seasonal rentals using Compass Property Management’s experience guiding me through my first investment property.
