Living here for my first year has been a good experience! I've seen other reviews with many complaints, but I have had a good encounter with all the staff, have not had any pests, enjoyed the amenities, and my room does not have any issues. The only thing I could comment about is that during move in, we had to do a little extra cleaning in the common areas. Overall, it has been a wonderful personal experience! :)

It isn't bad. I've had better and I've had worse. They don't attend to bugs quickly like ants unless you notify them a few times, but they do eventually get around to it. Took a week or so for the problem to be dealt with. Other than that maintenance has been pretty solid. They replace lights, repair the ac, fixed the ice maker, unclogged a drain and all of it was same day or next. I had a problem with covid and they worked with me to move my lease to a different start date since the rooms couldn't be filled at the time anyway. Due to the linger response time on bugs I can't give a perfect review

As a mom I can tell you Do not put your child in these apartments. When we moved in the apartment was filthy and unpainted. We spent numerous hours cleaning it. My daughter lived there for a year. When we moved out we were never contacted and then we started getting letters in the mail from a collection agency. We owed for cleaning and painting. My daughter used command hooks and tape. In the numerous apartments my husband and I lived in and in the ones our children have lived in going to college this place was the worst. Bad management, never fixed anything on time, loud, abusive neighbors, trash

We loved the apartment when my daughter first moved in. Since then we have had nothing but problems. When covid hit all classes were on line. They refused to let my daughter out of her lease so we ended up paying for an apartment she wasn't living in. When we reported it we were told maintenance didn't see any fleas. We had to take care of it ourselves until they got around to it. Since then the dryer has been broken, the garbage disposal broke and had maggots, and when we got there last weekend the key they just gave her didn't work.

Do not waste your money here. they make the rent cheap for a reason. i have lived here for a year and have had nothing but problems with the managers and maintenance. i was not allowed out of my lease when classes were moved online, so i was paying for an apartment i wasn’t even living in for six months. thank god i wasn’t because me and my family came to check on the place two weeks after move in and it was infested with fleas. i had not brought any pets into the apartment at that point so they had been there from the start. after notifying the apartments they told us there were no fleas and

The majority of the good reviews are written by people who work in the office and their friends, this apartment complex cannot be trusted. They want to scam students out of their money and overall have no concern for your well-being. My apartment was not clean during move in and had MOLD and roaches. When I moved out, they charged a insane cleaning fee... Even though my unit was spotless when I moved out. There is no signal in a some of the units / buildings so be careful. The management is rude and disrespectful. They are not organizing and never remember anything.

Stayed here for two years and had a bug problem the whole time I lived there. Had mold in my a/c unit my first year and was sick for three months and got told that if I want to have my vents cleaned, I had to do it myself. When moving out at the end of July I got charged $470 in “damages” after cleaning the whole unit for 3 hours. In May, I got a roommate that had to be moved into my unit from building 2 having mold in the whole building and was not told that was a reason for a person to move in at a short notice. Would not recommend anyone to stay here!
