I was recommended to this place. Been looking for place not only for me but my dog Max. He is German shepherd and hard to find a rental place. The staff is GREAT! And explained everything to me. They are also under NEW Management and have been working hard to make good changes. I've only been here for few days but everything went smoothly. Will report back few months. Definitely would give these guys an opportunity

DO NOT RECOMMEND. These apartments are Small, dirty, and overpriced. Location is not great (sketchy) or convenient. Laundry facilities are filthy and dryers typically do not work....petspaw is filthy all the time....no staff to clean. Overall the whole place is shabby and run down... You pay way too much to live here! It's a trap!!!

(Update: Someone from GVA Property Management in Texas finally resolved this problem months later and admitted a mistake had been made. I received absolutely NO help from the property manager at the apartment complex office.)
I moved out after giving a 60 day notice, one month after the lease contract expired. Five weeks after moving out, I was contacted by a collection agency attempting to collect $1382.00 for an early termination fee. I tried speaking to Kristie at the office and was told there is nothing they can do since they send files of residents who have moved out to a corporate office

I moved in April 1st 2020 and we moved out February 1st 2021. this place is a joke they don't care who they let move in they don't care about their tenants whatsoever. I am disabled and within a week of me being there I was told that they were going to be putting up a railing from the curb to my door; that was a joke IT NEVER GOT DONE... Lots more happened while we lived there and not much got done.

By god. Where to begin.
The breach of contract.
The over charging for negligence.
The lack of trained maintenence men.
The molding apartments on the first floor.
The water leaks that have been present since day 1.
The failure to repair previous tenants damages.
The fact i had to run my own cable ina cable ready home.
The returning of my hand written repair orders.
Really the ability to understand mechanics which is how youll repair stuff.
Or the fact you can look out my wall and see across the way, and their response was to epoxy over my wall.
This place is worth 600 a month.

If you need somewhere to go fast and urgently they will definitely get you in. I was in a very hard situation when I found Canyon and Knox Landing Apt. Unfortunately 6 months later I found myself right back in a more harder situation. I don’t recommend this place at all unless you are needing to get in somewhere very quick. Our rent with fees and everything should’ve been no more then 850. From January to March the extra fees in rent were indeed our fault. After we got our electricity switch into our name we thought that would fix the issue, and it did but only for 1 month. 1 time in the whole

Lived here for 3 years the management went downhill sometime early in second year due change of ownership. New people in the office new way of running things and they boosted the price of the apartments calling them luxury. They are not luxury even with the updates they planned but never worked on. Every type of maintenance issue including water being turned off often to fix leaks. The bright side about this place is the maintenance people are amazing but overworked.
Very close to a train track, loud and the neighbors are loud as well and you're definitely not allowed to put up any soundproofing

There is only one water meter for the property. the water bill is supposed to divide equally among the residents depending on the number of occupations. residents are being over charged. some single occupants were charged $50.00 for the March 2021 while other single occupants were charged over $100.00. the on property office will not give out contact info for the owners. residents do not receive any type of itemized record of the water bill.

I needed a place to live so I took the apartment here, but immediately regretted it. The amount of rent written on the lease was by far too low for what the amount was each month. And the fees they charged were never disclosed anywhere in writing. My rent was ALWAYS over 1000/month. Astronomical!!! This place will take every dollar you make, from pet fees to washer and dryer fees to who knows what else, they are only after your money. Also, maintenance walked right into my apartment. I was on my couch sleeping and woke up to a key in the door turning.Never ever would I feel safe at home again!

Was a resident here for 3 years. I do not recommend moving here due to the poor office management and poor company management. This is unfortunate, prior to the company being bought out we had a wonderful experience with their management. In fact, while the apartments have faults (poor insulation, insanely loud pipes, poor quality doors and… cabinets, etc) the high quality management more than made up for it.
However that is no longer the case. We put in our notice due to needing more space. Two weeks after moveout the apartment manager texted us our final statement. We paid this amount

I love the way it feels like home! Recently there was an issue concerning aggressive doggies..And let me just say that I love ALL types of animals..and favor no particular breed. With that being said, the conflict was addressed and expeditiously resolved thanks to Mgr..Tabitha, Terry Asst.Mgr.Taylor..leasing agent, as well as the 2 best maintenance… staff you could hope for. Chuck and Larry. I know many friends who can't enjoy the outdoors and sometimes not even their own apartment because of noise issues, lack of areas to walk and enjoy the outdoors, and unfortunately substance abuse problems
