I have been living at the citron since the apartments were built. The community is a good place to live and especially with the staff who are working in the office, i like all concierge team with the work they are doing to make residents have a comfortable stay. My favorite Concierge is Ms. Mohammed Shamilla, who works everyday and she is so efficient, thorough with her work, she understands the whole community very well, she knows all the residents by their names and room numbers, and always ready to help with any issues that arise. I wrote to the apt leasing office asking for an appointment saturday. Since I live a while away, I wanted to fit a visit in. I called early that morning-the agent didn't not answer but someone on his behalf did. In between viewings, I dropped by. The leasing agent had gone home 3+ hours early for the day and did not answer either my email or voice message. Hopefully, no one else has a similar experience

I don't live there I went there to get a chair from the friend very nice surroundings very clean building looks very nice is I don't know how much it cost but it was very nice secure building when I run the Builder lady let me in I want to stay is nice clean holes very clean windows she had an apartment on the corner it was such a beautiful sight but I don't live there and I can't tell you no more than what I seen going down the hall and going in elevator they have this thing on the wall on the main door where you find a residence address and you push the button and they'll let you in the building

My only con: I was inquiring about the apartment and decided to apply knowing that I would receive a $500 discount incentive they said they had going on. (Which would fully cover the security deposit at time of lease signing). Well when they called and told me they had the lease ready for me to review and sign through their online portal...the associate on the phone told me that the incentive was no longer valid and was some

I toured the Citron back in January 2019 and signed a lease to start in February 2019. Parking is a huge issue here - if you have a car you don't want to live here. When I signed the lease, the leasing agent told me that I would have to wait up to three months for space in their garage. The price quoted was $145 dollars. I wasn't thrilled but I liked the apartment so I agreed. About a month after moving in, I asked where I was on the waiting list and all of a sudden its a brand new story. Your experience here will vary greatly depending on who your immediate neighbors are. For the first few years, my time here was amazing. The best staff, the best maintenance, the best neighbors. Kind and helpful people who worked here were Natachia, Jamal, Jen, and Douglas. But they all left, except maybe for Jamal. The new crew just doesn't measure up. Additionally, my neighbors moved out and I got the worst new neighbors. Teen boys throwing the ball against the walls in the hallways. Kids crying in the hallways. This review is based on the level of service I was provided during a leasing tour. I primarily interacted with Bob. His level of professionalism, humor, and attentiveness is unparalleled with the service I received while shopping nearby apartment complexes. His patience and genuine interest in showing me all that Citron has to offer speaks to the type of apartment complex it is. Valeria, the assistant property manager, was very forthcoming and flexible in accommodating my requests. If you're looking for walkability and a vibrant place to call home definitely check this place out.

Moved in late January and I love the place. Convenient location. The kitchen is gorgeous! The wood-like floor feels and looks authentic. I love that there are multiple entries and residents don't actually have to go through the front.
The onsite staff who showed us the apartment was not the best however. She gave us the wrong information on square footage and we didn't find out until we were in the signing process. We ended up with less square footage for the price we had settled on. When we were shown the place, she also made a comment about the stove being gas when in fact the entire building

Citron staff is A+. I have not moved in as yet but the pre service and hospitality is amazing. Bob, the leasing agent is very professional and personal. He makes you feel like you came to the right place. Valeria, the Assistant Property Manager is equally kind and concerned. The positive energy in the office is really special. Thank you, Citron.

I am looking for a place in Downtown Silver Springs, and this place is the best I've seen for the price! Right next to St. Michael the Archangel's Church, a Whole Foods, the Theater (both performance and movie), and a large assortment of restaurants! The building is new and modern, and the staff is very courteous and helpful!
