All students should bring their own mats for each class. We are taking precautions so that everyone feels safe in the studio. A more detailed safety protocol will be provided at a later date. The first session will be a 6 week session. At the end of this 6 weeks, there will be a 2 week break before we resume classes.
These dates will be posted on the website. There are a couple of changes in the Monday night schedule. Firstly, I will no longer be teaching the 5:00 p.m. Advanced class. Instead, the Beginners Intro class which was originally at 7:00 p.m. will be from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. All other class times and levels will remain the same.

What is yoga? Yoga means to unite or make one. It is an age-old and present day exercise art and science that promotes physical and mental well-being. Yoga is the harmonious integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual. It is easier to do the yoga postures on an empty stomach so you are advised not to eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours before class.
