Aretha McKinney will host a fall in-person mentoring intensive in October. This is designed for students curious about certification at the Level 1 or for teachers seeking a Level 2 certification. This intensive is designed to refine and hone your teaching skills. Aretha is a student of Patricia Walden and has over two decades of dedicated practice and teaching experience.

Becoming an Iyengar Yoga teacher is a commitment and a journey. Learning to teach yoga is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life but also one that has challenged and stretched me in ways that I never anticipated. As a school teacher for many years I was familiar with course design, structuring lesson plans and teaching.
