I have never lived in a place that goes from $995 a month to $1400 a month. The hot water never works, the office is rude, and the mailboxes, don’t get me started, then the ax units. Two different apartment had both had to be completely replaced. I used to love that apartment complex. It was the first apartment I lived in alone, it was home. Then they were sold once again and the new management. I’m done. The girls in the office, totally rude and disrespectful. I wish they would understand this isn’t a high class apartments. It is two steps away from being sections 8. That is not the woodlands

If I could rate it zero stars I would I’ve been living here for about to be two years management has changed for the worst they don’t fix nothing and for them to raise the price is ridiculous they have rats and roaches don’t fall into the trap don’t move here…. They thought I was going to pay to break my lease because they had rats coming through my walls from the outside I will see them in court

So far everything is fantastic, the location is great as well. Lili was a huge help during the move in process, super responsive.
The apartment had a few issues but after we put in few work orders everything was resolved within a few days. Percy was the maintenance guy that help out for the majority of the work, super friendly and definitely got the job done.

This has been the quickest any maintenance requests i’ve ever put in have been resolved. Percy was the most helpful maintenance personnel i’ve ever encountered. I put in my maintenance requests late at night and early the next day Percy was already working on it. He was very sweet, respectful, and definitely well-versed in his field. He resolved every single issue in the most timely and effective manner and I’ve had no problems with anything since. He knows what he’s doing. He’s also just really really nice. :)

Overpriced, no concern for for residents safety. Lack of available parking, lighting in parking lot and handicapped parking spaces. I have been asking for over 6 months about the possibility of adding extra handicapped parking spaces because there are not enough for the people that live here and half the time people without handicapped plates or placards take the spots as well. If you try to park after 5 pm you end up parking three buildings down, which is a safety issue. Every time I ask about adding a handicapped parking spot I am told they will speak to management and get back to me, I have

So far it’s been a great experience, rarely leave reviews but the staff seems to go above and beyond their job so I decided to rate them. Lili definitely gets the 5 stars, she was especially helpful with the application process and answered all my questions even the ones I didn’t know I had during the tour. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Excited to be moving in soon.

The staff especially the maintenance are helpful. Been a resident over a year and it is alarming the issue of the state of the mailboxes. I have have had small packages stolen because my door would not securely shut. You have to also to be a clean freak to ward off pests. Not a bad thing the clean freak part.

Horrible Management!!!!
I never write reviews:
My family and I have been living here for 6 years. We still have work order that are unfulfilled, now they are DEMANDING to enter our home WITHOUT giving us prior knowledge
- forcing us to make a spare key for them when they LOST the master key
- we can’t call the same number they called us on, it keeps ringing and ringing until I get hung up on.
- the number on their website doesn’t work it says “this number is no longer in service”
- when I call to double check on work orders, we get an attitude
We pay rent and other bills on time

Never ever lease this apartment. I lived in this apartment from Jan 2020 to Feb 2021. In 2020 the problem starting with the maintenance. During a summer day my AC was not working, I called the leasing office and one person came to check on that. He left saying will come within 01 hour, but till next day he didn't came and please note that it was really warm and it was very difficult to sustain in that situation. After a day and half he came and fix the AC. Next was with the washer, it was not working and I raise a maintenance request and they came to check after 7-8 days and fixed it after 2 weeks

Avoid this place if possible!
My Apartment had bad HVAC problems. My Apartment would get down to the 50s during the deep winter months and up to 90 degrees while using the stove during the summer. I went through 3 refrigerators as well. I also experienced a bad roach problem. No matter how clean I kept my Apartment or how much chemicals I sprayed, my Apartment would always be infested with roaches. The apartment complex has a bad crime problem as well. Cops are always driving up and down the complex. My first vehicle was totaled during an armed assault situation (I was not there) in the parking
