If you are looking to move here please don’t let the advertisement and the pictures fool you. This is by far the worst option you can take. My car wheels have been stolen as well as several of my packages. When signing the lease they mentioned washer and dryers would be installed in the apartment but so far we are still waiting for permits. That’s this apartment complex’s response to everything. Why are there no more security cameras? Waiting for permits. Why is the package room not secure? Waiting for permits/approval. It’s a combination of lack of initiative from the management company

Don’t let the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances fool you. Living here for a year was the worst renting experience I’ve encountered. Management is horrible. Poor staff communication got my car towed. I was refunded only after causing a stir for 2 months. It’s been 6 months since I moved out and I’m still waiting on my refund check. Hallways reek of garbage. Roaches. Want your rims stolen? Move here! Loud cars race by at all hours of the day. Literally live anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

(Update: There's a new management that started on October 2021. I hope and believe the new management will create a better environment for the residents.)
I am a 5th year resident. Be aware if you are looking for a management that shows efforts and competency to serve and work with you/the residents and build a community. This review is for the management under Nigel Good, post October 2020. They basically see residents as temporary people who move in & out, they don’t value residents at all. Any high reviews from people who are just moving in, or years ago, will not reflect the true nature

RUN!!! Do not move here under any circumstances!! Management changed October 1st with no warning, now they've turned off the air conditioning for the whole building. The property manager Sharlen Sejas told me that they wouldn't provide air conditioning even if it was over 90°F inside the building. It was 86°F in my apartment yesterday and their response was "we suggest opening the windows and turn on a fan." No fan has been provided, either, and it was 80°F outside with 60% humidity and direct sun on the paint-covered single-pane windows. She told me there won't be A/C until at least January

If I could give this place negative stars I would, these apartments are absolutely the worst place to live. The management doesn't care about your problems if you ask for anything they act like it's not there problem. Put a maintenance request in and they might get to it with in a day or two but even then it won't be fixed, had a leak in the apartment above mine and took two weeks to get it fixed, by that time the carpet and the wall was destroyed. Save yourself the pain of living here and look for a different place.

This is the worst place I have ever lived . It starts with the unprofessionalism and downright rudness of the Resident Manager Nigel Good. He is not only rude and insensitive to the needs of the tenants he is downright rude ! This individual needs to be replaced ASAP. There is no usable number to Greystar Corporate to complain about this man which is utterly ridiculous

they know but they don't care I don't feel welcome they told me it ready to move but not really. I want to see the place before I move but they don't want me to look? Also they don't have fan in bathroom and kitchen. This place is nice but need a lot cares.

Broadstone is very well managed! My husband and I are amazed by how smooth the process has been. The staff are very professional and helpful especially Brandon. He has gone above and beyond since day one. He has answered all of our questions & is very patient. We went on a self tour of the place and was impressed even more. The apartment complex is clean and kept up very well. The one bedrooms are very spacious and the studious are super cute! If your looking for your new home Broadstone is it!
