Hello,
This comes with much time spent on trying to connect to whoever might work at this property managed by CommonBond. I have done my absolutely best as well as my boyfriend, Zach, to try and connect with this office team at Boulder Ridge over nearly the last month. We have called many times, even inquired via website, and have ALSO literally spoken to the off-site leasing team which their response was “I have created your guest card and they will be reaching out to you promptly.”
All of these events happened more than 2-3+ weeks ago.
I seriously doubt I’ll ever have interest in this

As a resident of Boulder Ridge for over a year, honestly, it has been amazing. The staff is wonderful, very responsive, friendly and eager to assist. Also, the maintenance staff is friendly, timely and goes out of their way to help. When I sent in a maintenance request, it was taken care of within 24 hours to perfection. On the date of my move in the unit was clean and ready. I found my neighbors to be friendly also. The apartments grounds are clean and pet friendly. Everything has been great. I also appreciate the staff for promoting safety as we all have been challenged by the worldwide pandemic

Boulder Ridge is the slum area of Apple Valley. Having lived in Apple Valley for over 20 years this is not the part of Apple Valley you want to live in. CommonBond purchased this apartment community a few years ago and they clearly don't care about the place. Trash everywhere, snowplowing is terrible, no playground for children, a small dog run in the back of the property is useless, parking is very limited especially for guests. The condition of the apartments is questionable as Commonbond will only invest in fixing things which are necessary. For example if the bathroom sinks are cracked

I lived at Boulder Ridge for 2 years. The management team AJ and maintenance staff were absolutely amazing! Always available and friendly. I loved the space and covenient attached garage. The balcony was an extra bonus to decor with flowers and plants. Super convenient to hwy 77. Thanks for a great 2 years! I would definitely recommend this place to live for families.

Since Common Bond took over this property last year it has quickly gone down hill quickly. The maintenance is almost non existent. It has taken months to get our fireplace, dryer, and ceiling fan fixed. The manger, AJ, is rarely here. He is supposed to be in the office 9 - 5 Monday through Friday but it is more like 11 - 3 on some days. Don't expect him to address any concerns because he won't leave from behind his desk. There is limited parking and some of the cars have been parked for months at a time with expired license plates and are broken down and don't move. If you are considering moving

I have lived here for 4 years. Ever since Common Bond has taken over management I have seen a huge change. This company is willing to put money into the property which should have been done years ago. AJ the office manager is friendly, has an open door policy and has always taken time to listen. Scott our maintenance person is very knowledgeable and is quick to respond to a service request. If there is going to be a delay he lets you know. He always has a smile on his face. When I found our my dog had cancer he even checked in on her for me as we knew she didn't have long, that is not part of his

This property looks beautiful but don't get deceived. I can hear my neighbors pee and all, cold winter breeze and outside smoke goes through the walls. If you cannot stand dusts, pet odors, or cigarette smoke or has issues with them, do not sign the lease as the management has no control of it. They will offer you to transfer but you have to pay fees and sign another year of lease. If you don't like the conditions they will tell you to just leave and pay them 4-month's rent if you have any issues they cannot solve. Easy money isn't it?! The ventillation is poor. If your neighbors don't clean, you

Did not return security deposit within 21 days. My wife and I had to call dozens of times to ever get our deposit back. When questioned, the property managers and regional managers lied and said they "must have sent it to the wrong address". I couldn't recommend against living here enough. The apartments are just okay, but the management is as poor as it gets. They treat their tenants poorly and are unresponsive at best, threatening at worst. Steer clear. I'll be glad to elaborate on our experience if you would like to know more or have questions. Contact me thru my Google+ page.

You only ever really hear from the upset renters at places like this. Well, I am not an upset renter. We love it here. We've been here a few years now and nothing compares. Location is great, the size of the units are fabulous, we have a fireplace, built in desk, and the best feature is the family of maintenance, office staff at this property. They genuinely care about their tenants and they're quick to respond to any issues in your apartment. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that this property lacks playground equipment for the kids and there's no pool like other properties
