I applied for an apartment at 7am this morning Wednesday March 3, 2021. At 11 am the apartment was taken off the website because it had a lease signed on it. Translation they already had someone about to rent it, yet allowed people (plural) to continue to apply and pay $20. After a not so pleasant phone call, my money was refunded. Buyer beware.

Viewing the property was fairly easy, but i completed an application on a property that is STILL SHOWING as available and no one has tried to contact me to let me know if i was approved or not. I don’t even think my application was reviewed. I have tried contacting them through phone and text. I have left voicemails, and yet no one was ever reached out to me. Just money wasted on application fee that was never reviewed. I feel discriminated against. I feel that once i sent them a photo Id for me to view the property they then automatically declined to review my application due to racial discrimination
