Beautiful place. Awful leasing consultant. We toured recently and Caitlyn was horrible. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her day. My husband who hardly says anything negative about someone was in disbelief on how we were treated. When we got to the apartment she was not even engaging in conversation, was walking ahead of us the entire time and gave us short responses when I would ask her questions. She just seemed like she did not care about us and about what we had to say. I am in the property management business as well and this is not how the FRONT of your office should be.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Sinead and Caitlyn have zero concerns about anything. One of the umbrellas in the pool was not secured and fell on top of my three year old daughter in the water and was drowning her until I got to her. When I walked inside to ask if they did daily furniture inspections because of the accident Sineads response was “it wasn’t even that windy”. She didn’t even care to ask if my daughter was ok or needed something. Caitlyn then came out and said my concerns would be emailed to the manager. They didn’t ask for my name, phone number or apartment number

A great community to live in. They do allow pets and have pet stations setup with baggies and waste receptacles throughout the complex. They care about the safety of their residents and always making improvements to enhance the security and the enjoyment of living here. The office and maintenance staff have always been professional, yet also pleasant and helpful. A great rental price point for all that they offer in security and amenities!!! My only issue is I currently have a herd of elephants living above me🤷🏻♀️; however, in all fairness, we never hear any of our other neighbors

I relocated from out of the state and did most of the transactions at the time on line- Ashley was amazing. So helpful and patient but Andrea on the other hand was awful. My apartment was great- really liked my neighbors but for some reason they ran the sprinklers even when it was freezing and snowing, causing the front walk way to become very dangerous. Also, they trash was collected on most Fridays at 4:30 am and if your unfortunate to live close to there (which I did), it was very loud. I was planing on moving out at the end of my lease but extended due to the COVID situation. I informed the

December 2020 Update.
Downgrading these apartments to 1star because we transferred into another apartment. They told us about a $300 transfer fee and that was all we had to pay. They then surprised us with a $235 cleaning fee that was not discussed upon inquiring about transferring to a new apartment. They also tried to do other fees. The best is when they took away one fee saying we didn’t owe it, then blindside you with it when they bring it back. No one ever seems sure

If you are planning on spending money living at this apartment complex I would recommend going somewhere else. You will lose more money than needed to live here, and if any issue happens here there will be no help from anyone in the front office because they will make it clear to you that it is not their problem. I have gotten my vehicle broken into, and when I reported it to the front office they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Then just last night our vehicle was vandalized and when we went to the front office to report it, they again said there was nothing they can do, and then the

I'm going to be fair as I can. The apartments themselves are very nice, good floor plans and plenty of space. But everything else is less than stellar. We experienced issues with employees borderline spying on us and taking pictures of our balcony to tell management about things they never made clear to us were allowed or not, instead of just coming to our door or calling us as to educate us. Very disrespectful. One of the employees almost ran me and my dog over in one of their "golf maintenance carts" and didn't seem to care. There were multiple instances where there were no doggy bags to clean

Moved in around the April time frame. The neighborhood is nice, I have some nice neighbors. Location is lovely. Love the floor plan and parking is always decent for us. From before we moved in Syerra has been the person I primarily communicate with. She has been AWESOME. She's always willing to help and answer any questions I may have. For someone with a lot of questions like me, that is always appreciated! Overall great apartment complex.
