Be careful with your lease I took my roommate off my lease and because they wouldn't sign the lease I was placed on a month-to-month making it $200 more for my rent after I signed a six month lease I don't recommend anybody renting here Management has a really bad attitude and they talk to you like they're the owners of the apartment I've asked for corporate's number or a supervisor and I can't seem to get the phone number I wouldn't rent you

Cats on the property and pet feces everywhere. First week of moving in my truck was broken into twice. Let's not forget to mention the critters and roaches. Misplace paperwork with lease agreements from office staff. Very unsafe living environment for the working class. I would also add there are security cameras on the property only protecting and securing the main gate. With a gate access code that's never changed surrounding neighborhood kids roam the property freely. Older appliances my refrigerator went out at least four times and no replacement. If you have kids please steer clear of this

Reserved parking spot?? NON EXISTENT. Got my car towed because someone decided to park in MY designated parking spot and coming home late from work there are no uncovered spots. Unacceptable. Save your time and MONEY. This is worse than projects... this is the DUMP.

Showed us a good apartment and did the old bait and switch. The floors are not carpeted even upstairs and noise travels easily. Had many horrible upstairs neighbors with kids that run all day long in there apartments. Managers would do nothing even got on us for tapping on the ceiling when kids were running and slamming. These apartments are just HORRIBLE save yourself some sanity and move elsewhere.

I had a toilet that kept running constantly for about 2 days. I saw a maintenance worker (unfortunately I did not get his name or else I would include in this review) he stopped his normal morning routine and assessed the problem immediately and fixed it with 10 minutes. 12/10 double thumbs up amazing community with and even more amazing staff

If I could -2 * that I have to give to the put this post through I would I do not recommend this place. It's all smiles until you move in yes they do maintain the minute you have a repair but if you look deeper and leakage my bathroom ceiling came in the first month due to leakage in a plumbing upstairs the water damage Behind the Walls cause health problems for me the infestation of problems due to the cats that are allowed to be abandoned and it's not the poor cats fault I was able to neuter two of them and take one with me. The poor animals are abandoned complex expect you to suffer with the

Everything was fine when we first moved in. The management is nice, no complaints there. The problem is when you have a noisy person above you with no care about the people below them. The last 6 months have been hell. Not to mention all the kids that play right in front of your door and kick soccer balls into your Windows. Cameras are only at the gate and mailbox so that doesn't help when your car gets broken into. Gate is broken half the time. You pay a lot for a little bit nicer apartments but not worth it when you include the neighborhood.

Yes, it's pricey for the area, but the reality is that apartments are more expensive. These apartments are gated, have cameras and the repair guys are always on thr ball, they even helped me move all my furniture upstairs. These apartments are beautiful. They have all tiles floors, warm painted walls, black and stainless steal appliances. My daughters room has a balcony and french doors, my room has a built in vanity. I love my smart washer a dryer. I've lived in 6 other apartments, its so hard to find everything you want in an apartment, but this is by far the closest I've been. You get what you
